DO NOT BUY JAZZ CAMCORDERS FROM biglots.  The manufacturer does not support the product.  You are buying camcorders that were made before they decided to drop the line.

 

Digitac bought the name and does not support it.  They provide no warranty or support.  Not even a owners manual.

The website they have has been in the works for 5 months.  They promised to finish it in September 2010.

 

Its a joke.  Always investigate the product before you buy from BIGLOTS.

The have some bargains but some are merchandise is a joke.
