On 2/17/2012 around 12.30 pm i went to Richmond Costco on Central avenue to check on a pair of shoes. When i saw a pair of shoes which was the correct size of the pair i bought and was wearing i thougt i must return it later and buy the correct . Of course i was checking on the pair .Once i found the correct size i return to the same shelf and was walking out of costco. At the exit two guys showed me and said let,s go to the office. In the office they said that i upgraded a pair of shoes and it in camera.i said i was checking on but never upgraded. They suspended my membership too.
There was another woman wrote a reprt and said you have being arrested and release on a misdemeanor theft.
This is a false, baseless and unjustifiable allegation and nothing have being proved of any magnitude.
The arrest was unlawfull and illegal.

So you walk in with the exact same pair of shoes. You try the "new" ones on, but decide to put them back so that you can come back at a later time to exchange them?
Why didn't you exchange them at that time? Costco has the ability to look up purchases by your Membership and would have been able to exchange them even without a receipt. I even think that they may have just done the exchange without even trying to find the original purchase since it is a non-electronics item.

If you mean that him pointing out the absolutely unbelievable, or stupid actions of the Original Posters on here, your description is totally inaccurate and unfair. I've been on here for some time and don't find much fault with any of his observations.
What, of any interest and validity, have YOU posted here?

What the hell is that?? Robert and Ken are correct. The OP went in, saw the same shoes he was wearing but "put them back on the shelf". Right. Sounds like the report where the guy went into Walmart and just took the shoes he was wearing, switched them for another pair and tried to walk out.

I love it when noobs post here and show, in some cases, they're more ignorant than the OP! And geez, the OP is truly ignorant in this case.
