About three years ago I was a fifteen year old who just got a job. So my first check I went to Hechts and bought a pair of Nike tennis shoes. I had them about a week when they started falling apart at the seems. I did not have my reciept but Hechts did not have a no reciept no refund policy so I took them back with the box and bag. They were rude and called me a liar saying I never even bought the shoes there that they never carried that style. They basically said I was a teenager trying to get something for nothing. My dad then took action against them but nothing ever came of it. My dad still has all the information on it if you need it.
