I ordered the Marvel's Perfect Pasta Pot on March 17, 2003. My check in the amount of $41.29 was cashed on March 26, 2003. I called customer service on April 25, 2003 to cancel the order. I was told to expect the refund check between June 15-30, 2003.

Today is July 9, 2003. I called customer service again to enquire about my refund. I was told the owner of J.D. Marvel Products Inc., John Dragon, is not sending out refund checks for a while.

I just want my money back!
