kohls sent an email out to save an additional 40% off clearance, it stated no code needed.  I was going to order online and the discount did not show. So I called and was told that they had a lot of complaints but they could not give the discount.

The person told me it was already given, I explained that would not be an extra discount he said he understood and had received a lot of calls and the complaint would reach the higher ups.

Kohls only explanation was they were sorry it was misleading.  This is totally false advertising.  I still have the email and can forward it to you.
