Big sale sign said $24.99 Levis, but at the register they were $29.99. Sure, the store has thousands of items and makes mistakes, but why are they almost always at the consumer's expense.

The sales clerk assumed the mistake was mine, so I showed her the sign, which identified the exact merchandise. She corrected my sale but made no move to correct the underlying problem and then she was surprised when I asked her to inform someone to fix it.

Clearly, this Robinson's May store doesn't care enough about its customers to train employees to report inaccruate pricing immediately. Instead of impressing me by taking corrective action, they ticked me off enough to write this.
