I ordered accessories for a Kitchen Aid stand mixer on 1-2-2010 and I was charged on my credit card for 94.56 immediately.  Next day (Jan 3) I got an email that the 1 Piece Pouring shield is out of stock and the item was canceled.  Jan 8 a package arrived at the house and the packing slip shows that the bowl with handle and mixer cover is in there.  Only the bowl arrived, the mixer cover is not in the package.  Called Sears.com again on Jan 8 to tell them what happened.  During our conversation, I find out my charge was never credited for the pouring shield item that was out of stock and ordered was canceled.  Since the mixer cover was not in the package,  Sears.com would have to do an investigation on why the cover was not packed in the box.  This will take 5 to 7 days.  Pour Shield would be credited to my charge within 3 to 5 business days I would be emailed the status of everything.  I never got a single email. Called again on 1-16-2010, pour shield still not credited to my account and no status regarding the mixer cover. Finally get a hold of a supervisor at Sears.com, after being on hold for over 45 minutes (one time for 40 minutes then being disconnected then being on hold for 5 minutes), I finally got issued a credit for the mixer cover.  As of today no status on the pouring spout.  Worst single online shopping experience I have ever had.  I shop online all the time and never run into the comedy of errors that I have run into with Sears.com.  No follow-up, no response and almost an uncaring attitude.  Staff on the phone is nice and professional but cannot really do anything to help you. Ordered 1 time from Sears.com and will never do business with them.  The only way to get satisfaction is with many calls and following up (total of 4 phone calls). On 01-19-2010 I finally got a credit for the mixer cover. This credit was back dated to 01-16-2010.   I had to file a dispute with the credit card company for the pour sheild.  I still have not got credit for this item as 01-21-2010
