Shopping Essentials Has Been Charging A Membership Fee- But I Did Ot Sign Up! They claim I signed up when I made an order with Young Explorers Internet

I have been charged for membership fee for many month on a card I usually don't use- therefore don't check. They claim I signed up when I placed an order with Young explorers........... I DID NOT!! And of course I never used the service!
I have tried to cancel it previously, obviously it did not work, 'cause today I had to call them again.
On the + side; they said they will refund 7 month charges. Well, will see!
Watch out for them!!!!!
