I was sent an email that looked like it had come directly from the store. I ordered a pair of boots and paid with my Visa Card. I received a confirmation email from the company signed "Melinda".

I received my package which came with a shipping label written in Chinesse. There was no invoice or return shipping label included. I went onto the website to try and find out how to return the product and the only was was to email them.

I emailed them and heard nothing back. I waited a week and sent another email which I received an automatic reply statintg "Melinda" was on a 12 day vacation. I then googled this and found the exact complaint on your website
