The boots received were not authentic UGG boots.  I had tried on several pairs and department stores before I ordered.  I knew when I received the box that they were fakes.  The box was smaller, the sole was not flexible and the real UGG boots and logo was slightly different and the feel of the liner on the inside of the boot was different. They would only respond via email to me after I sent a complaint.  They offered to accept the refund but the shipping cost back to China would be too much, so they offered me only $30.00 and to keep the boots.  The boots are not comfortable, and I wanted a full refund of my $98.00.  Their response was that they were an authorized UGG Franchise and to think the $30.00 offer.  I called the offical UGG company and they were aware of this online company and their shipment of fake boots into the US and other countries.  Luckily, I paid my PayPal and they has also had complaints on the company, so I will be getting my money back thanks to them.  But lesson buyer beware, just buy UGG's from the official UGG site or (((competitor's name redacted))).

FAKE UGGS

AUTHOR: MELIS - NEw Bedford (United States of America)

I also purchased a pair of Black Tall UGGS from the so Called UGG® Australia Franchisee site.  The are totally fake, I own 3 pairs and one was a Black pair that my puppy decided to eat, so I purchased a new pair.  I contacted Paypal right away (best way to purchase things online) and they refunded me because so many complaints in the past weeks have been coming in from this company, stay way!  The fur is not even close to being real, Real Uggs do not come with anything pinned on them, the box is way too small compared to real Uggs, and the sole is not flexiable.  Paypal refunded me no problem, lucky me so I was not out $140.  Good Luck and be smart buy from Nordstroms or Uggs website!
