On 06/05/2009 I bought a computer at Walmart, In Sileston Mo. It was the best one they carried in their stores, In the first month I had it. I had problems with it. I had the manufacture"s customer service on the phone three times. The third time they could not access my computer on line. But the biggest problem I had was, You could not understand the person on the other end of the phone. Its bad enough having computer problems. and then go throw this ! the next time I was in Walmart in July, I ask some ne in the computer department what I'd have to do to bring it back, I was told computers only have a 15 day return policy, So I went to Walmarts website and wrote customer service about it, Within a few hours I got a response back, Saying they would look into it, with a (Ref #000000023531704) I could not believe my hears the next morning, The manager from the Green Bay Wi. store was on the phone. He told me To bring back that computer b they just wanted to make me happy.(Do you believe that now day"s most stores say there is are policy Live with it ) I dive tractor trailer so I couldn't"t get back for a week. So I checked around at Best buy and other stores I saw the adds that Best Buy was running so I went in and asked questions, told them thee problems I had. Their response eas that would of never happened here, Because they have the Geak Squad After checking into it. The geak Squad is an extra service.. I thought to my self Ya there right, that would of never happened here! because iI would of been stuck with a computer I was not happy with, and a bill on top of it . So when I got back to return my computer to Walmart. I went rite on line and ordered a computer from Walmat again. All I can say, Is Target,Best Buy,K Mart, ,Sears, Take a lesson from Walmart, And maybe some day you to will be as big as they are.. What I've learned 20 years ago I had to shop at Walmart, Now! I"m proud to shop at Walmart, I just wish 20 years ago, I wouldn't of made some poor decisions. Or today I'd probably be driving a white and blue truck that said Walmart on the side of it.. And special Thanks to the manager of the Green Bay store!

As near as I can tell you are saying that Wal-Mart took back your computer because it had problems. So how is that unfair to other retailers? How in the world is this a RipOff?

Exactly where is the rip off in your report?

Was this against wal mart? or best buy?

You realize the manufacturer would have fixed your machine no problem right?

Now the rest of us realize walmart sells nothing but crap computers to begin with and we buy good quality computers from actual electronics retailers.

No, these other retailers will never be as big as walmart. Why? Because they are not willing to stoop to the predatory business practices that walmart is.
