This report lacks it in spades. Reminds me of the report filed by the clown who claimed to be paraplegic and was led to the back by LP staff and beaten.

Laughable.

No mention of police involvement, no mention of witnesses, pressing charges... Just a total lack of not only detail, but the report is utterly devoid of any passion. If I had been "called a racist name" and "punched", I'd be spewing details and have something of an emotional response.

Also, this very allegedly took place on 4/12 and this rip off report is just being filed now??

Funny, Ive been to Kentucky, I don't remember anyone 'looking like a monkey with the tamborine'.

You live in Kentucky but you claim to work in Kansas.  You say you work there yet you won't go there again.  I've heard many stories about a situation with a manager but I've never heard one like this.  If a manager were like that to their customers then they would more than likely get fired or they would loose more business than they've already lost.  I've never heard of a store manager that purposely wanted to lose business like that.

In reality we welcome customers of all races in our stores.  Regardless of your color - money is GREEN!!!  I am a stockholder and an employee of the company.

I also find that your story lacks any sort of credibility? If you were verbally and physically abused by any employee of Wal-Mart, you should have contacted the police and the company immediately. We, the readers, don't know the time of the incident, where in the store it occurred or what charges, if any, were being filed. I'm sorry, but I find this very hard to believe.

I worked for Sam's Club a few years ago while i lived in Chattanooga TN.  I was a forklift driver for them in the hardlines dept.  I had a stocker that would work the merch. that i dropped to be stocked.  Now keep in mind, i am a white male and this stocker was African American.  I had some problems with him on occasions but we had to keep working together.  I in fact, had helped him at times, like give him rides back and forth to work. And when his new child was born i helped them with diapers.  I am a Christian and wanted nothing but the best for this man.  Eventually he was moved to another dept (grocery-opposite side of the store.)  Now one night i came back from my break and he was in my area talking to the stocker in my area.  I asked him politely and gently as i could knowing this man has an "attitude"  to go back to his area. But his response was to give me the middle finger.  So, now he created a big arguement and scene by showing insabordination for not doing what was asked of him so that i could get my own work done.  But the final outcome was that i was writtne up for "causing a disturbance" because of all his lies saying i attempted to "come at him" physically. But i was standing on my forklift the whole time.  Walmart had to take his side of the story for fear of another "racism lawsuit" so the white guy was "guilty."  Everyone knows a racism lawsuit filed against walmart would never stand up in court anyways, even if i wanted to file charges.  Much less, would a male filing a sexual harassment charge against a female asst. manager for flirtation and touching would never get past their wastebasket.  They would sweep it under the floor or worse say your the one who sexually harassed. They always turn the tables on you so they look good and innocent. Boycott Walmart! 

I work for the company as well, and I'm just curious what authority you, as a forklift driver, had to "order" him back to his department? My reaction would have been much the same as his.

First of all, i was in charged of that department and if the work didn't get done they come to me. Second,you didn't pay attention to what you read. I didn't say i "ordered" him, i asked him politely.  Lastly, if that's your attitude in the work place and in society you probably need to stay home, lock the door and never leave again. Then again, that is Greedmart's attitude.  If you "rock there greed driven boat" with working hard, doing right and having good, Godly morals they give you the finger and the boot. It's the rebellious, lazy, and weak minded people they keep because these are easy prey to manipulate and control to get what they want.  It's called communism/naziism.  God bless.  BOYCOTT WALMART!!
