I purchased a Canon Printer from Staples & sent for a rebate. I did everything as stated & never received the rebate. When checking online at rebatestatus.com I get a message:

"Primary proof-of-purchase submitted. The Secondary proof-of-purchase is required for this promotion. You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error."

I've never received a postcard, I've sent five e-mails & never received an answer. I can live without the little rebate, but it just burns me up that they make you jump though hoops to get it in the first place, then cheat you out of it anyway.
