Cindy is a lyer, Innervision 990 is public record

AUTHOR: Johnniepossi - Denver (United States of America)

waited tell now to tell our fans, and outsiders what happen to cause Cindy to make this report.

As you may know nonprofits are required to submit a public 990 that shows what we bring in as far as donations, for the last ten years we have done this and Cindy and any one of you could go to the I.R.S web site and see our 990’s.

We made no money on this venture.

In 2007 I sign Cindy Martinez to our label because she is an alcoholic and because of this disability, she fit into the people we help with their music.

Later I would learn that Cindy Martinez is a thief and liar as well. I learned that Cindy had low esteem.   She often told me that guys only wanted to listen to women with big breast and that look sexier than she looked. I would always tell Cindy, God gave her a gift to hear a song in her head and write words to them; don’t make excuses not to share the music with the world!

We went down to Guitar Center and bought a guitar, AMP and other musical equipment to aid her with her music career. Due to our issues with Cindy we no longer   loan out equipment without a deposit.

I personally took Cindy to JC Penny to buy new clothing for performances.  I   sent Cindy over to a friend of mine to have pictures taken, paid for a really classy recording studio, so she could re-do her vocals.

Innervision has receipts for all we spent on her hopeful success. Innervision does this to help make Cindy or any of our other clients look and sound the part of a working musician.

We had her on stage for some of our benefits and TV shows. We never aired these TV shows because Cindy didn’t look like she was having fun playing and showcasing her music.

I ask Cindy to go and play her music on the mall, because she was always asking for money and I feel that artists should earn their money! She told me that she didn’t want to earn her money by playing on the mall and she wanted Innervision to buy her a car so she could get to her gigs. I said No, and told her if she could not hold a regular job, than playing in public places would be the best way to earn cash for her car and other needs!

Cindy went to the pawn shop and pond our equipment without telling us, got money for liquor and other things. After the
money ran out, Cindy called Innervision to ask if I would buy the equipment back from the pond shop. I told her I would have to think about it and call her back.

I talked about this with our vice president and we decided that we would cut our lost and move on to other artists that wouldn’t take advantage of our nonprofit.

That was in 2008, in 2009/2010 Cindy would call and email Innervision blaming us for losing the equipment.  I would notice that Cindy would talk with a slur in her voice, so I knew she had been drinking.

In 2011 Cindy called and sounded like a clear minded person. Cindy told me that in January after getting real sick after one of many days and nights of drinking she went to see her doctor.  Her doctor told her if she doesn’t stop she will kill herself.

I told her that we wouldn’t buy any more equipment for her to use, but Innervision would try to help her get the one and only song I thought could be a hit out there.

This time I had her sign a written statement that you can see below and started to help Cindy with a song I think she wrote words to herself.  After returning to the recording studio with her, I doubted if Cindy could ever play the guitar like on “Nothing but a Harley.”

Cindy kept asking me how much money Innervision made on this song, and I told her “neither Innervision nor me
made money on any of her songs posted on Innervision’s web site!  I wish we had made enough back to pay for the
equipment Cindy sold from our small nonprofit, but it never happen.

Cindy’s voice is not good, nor is her guitar playing looking back at the songs she wrote. Cindy has a long way to go before she could ever write a hit song.

Except for the one song I really liked it and I thought it could be a one hit and Cindy could live the rest of her life off of the royalties if we could get it heard by the right people.

In June Cindy started drinking again and she wanted to come into the studio and record and she wanted Innervision to take off her older music and put on the new music and she wanted Innervision to buy another guitar with effects so she could record. Once again I told her no, and Cindy got mad and told me that she would sue me for the millions of dollars made off her one song!

I didn’t take Cindy serious that was my mistake.  I really laugh at her thinking that I would still be living in a section 8 building, living in Denver with no high price car, body guards, gold rings, and commercials running 24/7 talking about
Innervision and the women to go along with that life style? “Lol!”

I just thought Cindy Martinez is delusional and would wake up with a hangover as she has done so many times in the past. Don’t get me wrong, if Cindy were to work hard, stop making excuses, listen to her 5 year old nephew when he looked at her and said, “aunty you look like a drunk, please stop drinking!” if she was a famous person she could go on celebrity Rehab, but at the age of 43, with her birthday on 9/21, I am afraid that fame will not come to Cindy through music, she might have claimed she wrote, or in fact wrote.

To all artists that drink too much, your music has to be number one; drinking and doing drugs will never make
you a star!

I don’t know if Cindy is by-polar, or what demons is possessing hr., but I will pray for her and I ask you to do the same.

“I Lucinda Martinez have decided to work with Johnnie Johnson of Innervision Records

Regarding Tunecore.com.

I have a song “Nothing but a Harley,” That I and Johnnie have set up on Tune Core on March 27, 2011

Because Johnnie is the only one who is willing to help me, I have decided to go fifty-fifty on sales of nothing but a Harley on Tune Core.”

Innervision is asking that 500 of you donate $10.00 to help me to pay off Cindy’s suet I will be taking her to court to sue her for the equipment and studio time and the lyes she wrote about my nonprofit!
