jnl dj jeff wilduer, lisa miles lousy pay or no pay at all indianapolis, Indiana

I have known Jeff and lisa for 5 years. I have babysat for them for quite a while until they quit paying.  I referred them to my brother for his wedding in 2007 as he was looking for a dj.  My mistake Jeff met with my brother and offered his services for $200. they agreed, and Jeff told him he was in no hurry to collect his money as he knew he owed me at least that much in babysitting.  Jeff provided so so services for the wedding and again told my brother to pay when he could even if it was a few dollars a week.  two weeks after the wedding my brother was served with papers fr0m small claims court where Jeff was suing him and the price had gone up to over $600, my brother lost, he had no contract just a verbal agreement but somehow jeff had a contract.  Jeff only found out my brothers address by using his brighthouse employment to look up my brother's account with brighthouse.  This lawsuit went on and on, with Jeff suing my brothers employer for the money.  My daughter has cared for these peoples  children over the last few years with very little pay , needless to say she has spent more time with their kids than they do.  she also has worked several gigs for them that have paid a minimum of $500 and she would recieve $20 and a box of tampons.  One gig she was sent to  she was given 15 min notice that she would be going, it was outdoors for 4 hours in november, she only had a sweatshirt for covering, no gloves or coat. needles to say she has finally wised up and cut them loose.  i just hope they get theirs someday.  i would love to see them pay for everythng they have done.
