i just found out about this alleged report and i am very saddened and disappointed. the car in question when i made the deal was supposedly 3 months behind on the payments however, after i began going over the payment history with mercedes,after trusting natalie, i found that the car was in fact behind 5 payments. Natalie was going through a very difficult period and i was always there for her to try and help her and give her mental support. on many occasions i brought her cigarettes and grand manier which is her favorite drink to ease her pain from losing her beloved dog.i drove her to san diego to help her ease her mind and had to pay for her and her girlfriend to stay at a hotel and buy them hats just to get them to let me go home. natalie is a very sweet woman , but very vindictive and kind of mean.To help Natalie fix her life despite the fact that i made her car payments, i loaned her a car rental that i rented from a local reseda rental business and i agreed to let her keep the car for 30 days as she knew that she would not have a car. well to complicate matters natalie allowed several crack heads to drive the rental and got the car impounded. i then had to wake up on a very early saturday morning and go get the rental car out of impound from the west hollywood impound yard. she apologized and then 3 weeks later did it again, except this time she let a total stranger drive the rental who had a suspended license and a warrant for his arrest after she promised not too, and he got pulled over the car was impounded again and he was arrested. they then put a 30 day hold on the car because of the persons suspended license.the rental company charged me over $1700.00 including impound fees , tow fees, and charges for the many days it was impounded by the city of los angeles.i was then sued by the renatl company and natalie agreed to apply the money to the insurance payments as a trade off and then subsequently broke that deal as well.
i paid over 3k to get her payments caught up on the rental car and then i made all of the insurance payemnts and had the vehicle almost caught up on the payments within 3 months of the deal. i made all subsequent payments up until november when mercedes decided that this was not a legal arrangement under the terms of her license. subleasing a vehicle is a misdeamenor in cailifornia by penal code section 570. so the whole deal was wrong and mercedes did not like it and would not cooperate.i signed a record contract on november 30, 2009 and went into rehearsals for my act and was forced to stop working my day job by management do i could focus on my show nye 2009/2010 opening for adam lambert at paramount studios. i did become behind on the payments in december 2009, and that was due to this fact. i assured her i would make the payments due as soon as i could. i had paid over 6k in payments up until that point from july 2009 to dec 2009.i had also made all of the insurance payments to esurance for which i have a receipt. i suffered a car accident in feb 2010 and natalie refused to fail an insurance claim despite the fact i had paid for the insurance. i then had to drive a crashed vehicle and was still expected to make the payments. of course i refused and then natalie started her threats of physical harm and actually sent people to beat me up.i was in fear of my life and luckily was moved to florida to live in my managers mansion for a period off almost 45 days while i did several shows and tours. the person that she sent to beat me up whom happens to be 6'5 is now a good friend and i have spent many hours with him, after her heard my side of the story regarding natalie.
the car was safely parked in my apt garage for 2 months while i was gone and natalie knew where i lived. finally she had mercedes repo the car after trying to take the car back so she could drive it and not make the payments-i demanded she pay for the rental car and she refused. she has no job, and no known income. she earns 1400.00 per month and is always struggling.she never filed an insurance claim for the vehicle to recover for the damage from my accident which is ridiculous. i admit that i got one speeding ticket and 4 parking tickets but she some how is trying to blame her entire life on me. i have offered for her to fax me all documents regarding the car and she refuses.she wants me to meet her in person and everytime i run into her at places, she threatens my life.she has told the entire world this concocted lie and i will post later all payments made with proof from mercedes benz as luckily i paid for the car via american express moneygrams.
