then she formed an opinion to me as not doing as i had said and then became dogmatic in her approach demanding full refund.  this obviously was not going to happen since i had placed an RN in her facility for a week and had made several trips to meet with her on several occasions.  

then she decides she is going to keep the medical equipment that she had purchased and still sue me for the money that she had paid for it.  how does that happen in our legal system that someone gets to sue and keep the equipment?  well it happens with slick attorneys.  she hired a law firm that boldly lied and said i was served with lawsuit paperwork when i never was ever served.  knew nothing of the lawsuit until after it had gone to court and i then was served paperwork about the ruling.  i had no representation and no one showed up to the day of court.  this woman is a piece of work.  she wants everything and wants to pay for nothing.  she supposedly has tried this on other vendors and some and some did not allow her to get away with this.  if i were a female, she is the last person i would trust being her business professional side is corrupt with the hunger of money and not what medicine was supposed to be about.  

another reason health care reform is much needed.  to pay this gal a salary she deserves and not a extraordinary amount of money that then enables her to create bogus and unlawful lawsuits of the innocent.  so i caution you to be careful doing business with this person and definitely if you do, make sure you got everything in writing cause she won't stop til your business is hers.  patients beware!
