Dr Haven Barlow horrible rhinoplasty doctor Internet

Dr Barlow is running a production line of plastic surgery. I went to him and found him to be very nice and knowledgeable. I explained to him I was unhappy about a small bump on my nose from nose fractures. Repetitively let him know I wanted a super small specific change in our 3 minute consultations. Also I told him a few times I was not telling anyone about the procedure because I wanted such a small change that only I would know. The doctor was always rushed and late. Called to schedule a pre op appt and they said that we would have a meeting on the day of surgery. WRONG. Some kid came in introducing himself(Dr Justin West) saying he was performing the rhinoplasty after I was already strapped to a surgical bed on castors. HUH!?Dr barlow came in late at the last minute and looked at me so frazzled like he didnt even know who I was. He looked at the pictures in my file with such confusion after they already had a IV in my arm. Still I entrusted him because I figured he was so busy but still a great PS. After I am already strapped to the bed he pulls out his "you cant sue me forms" and blamed his office manager for being lazy and not sending me them. This fucking asshole removed 6mm from each side of my tip (stated in the OP notes)..Did a horrible osteotomie which collapsed in the first week. Barlow sutured the tip of my nose into a point after I already had two wide tip defining points. This doctor could have easily made me happy. Dont understand how he could be so far off what I explained to him. He probably used me as practice for his goofy ass resident helper (justin west). Should have gone to a specialist but my rhino was SO easy. Sand 1mm bump off. I chose Dr Barlow because of his caring additude and I thought he was skilled. He told me my surgery was going to be easy and no one would know. He stood me up on cast removal day. The office girl told me she would call him then called me back saying he forgot about me and he was on christmas vacation. Also... doctor barlow said he could perform a revision a couple months after the surgery. He didnt want to discuss what he would do but he said he would do it in office....BULLSHIT. He also wanted to charge me for it. I knew I would require multiple grafts to fix it and when I asked him about grafts he said "uhh grafts are kind of tricky". The surgeon I am going to use for my revision said Barlow did nothing but remove a lot of cartiladge. He said his techniques are from the 60's. I can't breathe anymore! My upper valves are closed because of his horrible techniques. My nose is also shaped like an S now. Was straight before. I had to take the cast off myself while I was on the phone with his secretary. I dont think this is a horrible doctor I just think he will take on more than he can chew. He is not a face doctor and dont let him make you think he is skilled in this area. If you want fake tits...he is probably great. Some rhinoplasties dont heal well and some were done with horrible technique, bad judgement, or over aggressive. I healed VERY quickly and well but the guy does not know what he is doing. When I talked to him on the phone right after the rhino I asked him if I had open or closed rhinoplasty. He said he didnt remember!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? My nose is the exact same shape as when the cast came off without the swelling. Def Partially my fault for not doing my homework and trusting this comb over used car salesmen. Saw a girl who was VERY unhappy with her results (dont know what procedure) in the elevator. Very awkward. Check out his ratemds review...they got my review blocked out and had there fake happy spam posts removed. Dont let this guy touch your face...he is too old and unskilled in that department and uses techniques from decades ago. Hopefully people will take this as an unbiased opinion(fact)and not an angry rant. The surgery was 3 years ago and I am living a good life and I am happy in general. Still need to go in and grab my money back just havent yet. ;)
