i had been going to dr.jay patel,,for over 3 year and after all of the out of pocket money i had paid plus what insurance company had paid i owe like 400.00 odd dollars ,and he started the pratice of only refilling my medication if i could make a monthly payment,and when i question his billing pratice,i called to ask to talk to him he want me charge me a office call just to discuss the bill he wanted to charge the insurance company,i am not alone in being involved in his greedy meadical pratice,i have reported dr.patel to the insurance company,,if your haveing medial problem you should not have to deal with greed,unlike i have ever seen,before ,when i seen a another dr in his pratice that had written my refills dr.patel call the pharmancy to cancel refill the other dr in his pratice wrote,because he said he would not write refills unless the payment was made,,now we are talking a total of 400. dollars and had been paid over thousands for his service,,,,and to me this is just unethical behavor,for a medical dr,,,,,,,
