When I looked back at my driver's license  which I kept from 1993, I  had the droopy  right eyebrow.  I guess the reason I didn't pay much attention to it was  because I was too busy looking at all those horrible scars on my eyelids, eyelid creases, and  to the sides of each of my eyes. The scars never imrove from your suggestion of using coco butter on it.   THe droopy right eyebrow was from Dr. Weiss's attempt to fix a deep incision he made outside of my right eyelid crease during a post surgery follow up visit in  1992.   I also  looked at other photos which was taken after the Dr. Weiss butchering and I can see the droopy eyebrow in those photos.  I can clearly see one much bigger eye and a droopy right eyebrow.   It is unbelieable that Dr. Richard A. Weiss thinks he can stop me from posting the truth of what he done to my face without my consent.   Dr. Richard A. Weiss's ego is so big and if you decided to use him for any comestic plastic surgery ask him if he ever done any botched work or experimental  work on people without their consent.  He may tell you his version of the story or just straight out lied to you to cover his a$s.

I would like to say this to Dr. Richard A. Weiss "shame on you trying to pass your botched work on the previous surgeon is very low of you".  Do you know how many people saw my eyes after the previous surgeon's worked on them??? Do you know how many people saw your work after you worked on my eyes?????  Too many eye witnesses. You give me a set of super aged eyes with loads of scars everywhere.  Who wouldn't noticed them?? Everybody.   I don't look at myself from my side profile in the mirror, but when I do,  I can see the super  puckering of my eyelids and eyebrows so much more than from the frontal view.   

Do you think you are God Dr. Richard A. Weiss making the decision to cut me up like that without letting me know of the details , so I can tell you "No thanks" and run!!! 

I will not curse you for life if I could get my eyelids fix.    You can go and live your life and pretend this never happen, but I do believe in Karma and you will have to answer to why you did this to me to the higher power. 

I just cannot  believe all those wonderful reviews of Dr. Richard Weiss on websites.   In fact, I think many of the wonderful reviews are posted by Dr. Richard Weiss or one of his associates. 

 I have friends that get frequent botox injections by different doctors depending on appointment availability . They all  love their results done by different doctors in the Sacramento area.  None of them have the time to put up reviews about doctors cuz when a doctor is good, they don't have to resort to so many advertisements on youtube, the internet, and local magazines.   Good and honest  doctors do get repeated businesses and the bad ones just advertise heavily on the internet and post wonderful reviews about themselves.  I noticed Dr. Weiss over promote himself.

Anyway, botched botox or facial fillers cannot be compared to super botched  eyelid surgery.  Rose is most likely an assoicate of Dr. Richard Weiss or Dr. Weiss himself  comparing  two completely different kind of procedures.

I am encouraging each person of super botched and/or surgeries done without their informed consent to come forth to tell their stories on Ripoff report or complaints Report websites.    Please open your hearts and let others beware of what happen to you.  

There are good doctors out there as well as bad doctors that will do surgeries on people without their informed consent.  I am a victim of horrible comestic surgeries. 

I know how it feels and decided not not to be quiet about this.  I put up a website and told the truth what Dr. Jonathan Skyes done to my face.  My website was constantly attacked by  Dr. Jonathan Skyes posting as his own happy patient.  He posted as  different happy female patients attacking my website constantly.  What a creep!!! This Dr. Weiss sound just as creepy to me.

This shamesless doctor coudln't take the truth and took me to court and lost. 

Good doctors do not have to resort to so many advertisements on youtube,  internet,  local newspapers and magazines like this Dr. Richard Weiss.   Good doctors will get repeated businesses.  Bad doctors need to advertise heavily!!!!!!!!!

This Rose is most  likely Dr. Weiss himself or an associate comparing a completely different kind of procedures.  Botched botox or fillers do go away, but botched surgeries with noticeable scars can disfigured victims for life.  I have friends that get botox and fillers from different doctors depending on appointment availability and  all results are wonderful.

Dr. Weiss's kind and caring facade lies an opportunistic, negligent doctor wannabe plastic surgeon whose talent for smooth talk far exceed his surgical skills. Do not be fooled by his impressive list of credentials. Most of it is done through weekend semilars that maybe of only a few hours to at most 3 days in length.

I went to this idiot for skin resurfacing and he burned my skin. He had the laser setting too high.  I signed the consent  to surgery form only minutes before he walked in.  He rushed on the procedure, and rushed out to his next patient waiting in an adjacent room.  

Dr. Richard Weiss should just stay in his own medical field instead of jumping around all over the place into other medical fields which he lack training and skills.

Lastly, I wonder how many Africans in Africa and Indians  in India were used by Dr. Weiss as training subjects without their informed consent?  That is such a mean  thing to do to people, especially to  people that have no voice in United States.  He provided most of his services free of charge to these people.  His real motive is not that he is generious and kind, but to experiment on them and using them as training subjects without their informed consent.  It is a win win situation for Dr. Weiss. He gets free training subjects and he looks good to the public as a humanitarian.

Look at all those surgical scars of different length and sizes, surgical scars of different coloring.  I have a lot of white surgical scars as well as scars that is obvious a cut made by a laser , cuts , indentations, puncture marks, needle marks, and all those places where he pulled really hard to tie a knot show up as kind of like a sunburst scar.    

This was done without my informed consent.  This monster called himself a doctor used me as a training subject without my informed consent and deformed my face with no remorse. 

I original seek surgery to remove an extra crease located about 1/2 inch from my inner eyelids (near my nose bridge).  The first surgery left me with uneven eyelid creases which is all too common if you go on platsic surgery forums such as realself.com, makemeheal, and a zillion of other ones.   The scar from the 1st surgery was so super hairline thin, flat and smooth hidden under my natural eyelid creases. Even my makeup artist couldn't see it 6 months after surgery. 

Without my informed consent Dr. Weiss make numerous horrible looking cuts all over my my eyelid creases, eyelids and some extended to the side of my each of my eyes, into my eyebrows, and above my eyebrow, to different parts of my forehead.  He stitched me super tight given me massive scars and the super pucker.   He made a cut almost parrell  to my eyelid creases and it looks so horrible. Why would I want that???  The surgical scars is made in random directions.

In addition to   mutilated my upper part of my face, Dr. Monster evil Weiss  also created eyes of different sizes and shapes.  My eyes look horrible and also I have a droopy right eyebrow.  This  is done from a post surgery in his attempt to patch a super deep incision he made outside of my right eyelid crease.  He pulled too much skin down. 

I used to have a nice crease without cuts, wrinkles, divots, identatation, puncture marks, need marks, scars of different size and sizes all over the the half my face.  Please do not trust this Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, CA.   He ruined my life and mutiated my face. 

The above person is either Dr.  Richard Alan Weiss himself, close relative or close associate  of his.  I wanted eyelids surgery to remove an extra crease and instead of that ever happening this idiot monster Richard Alan Weiss mutilated my face and put so many different kinds of scars on to  it , that I cannot even get it repair. 

 Eyelids surgery is the 3rd most common procedures in the United States and this comment above is not a comment by just anyone.  How much money did I spend?  Why don't you ask yourself Dr. Weiss?? Or Dr. Weiss  relatives' can ask him how much I paid for your(dr. weiss) messy work???  

 Botched eyelid surgeries is all over the internet and this idiot comes on to my complaint and write something like that makes me laugh.   The above comment  sound more like coming from someone filled with a lot hatred toward me  for telling out  what Dr. Richard Alan Weiss done to me. The hatred is toward all the pictures I posted recently on the internet.    There is not much Dr. Richard can do about the truth.  Like I said, he can take me to court if  he is disputing over this mess he made on my face. "How much I spend on improving my face" is a clear comment trying to mislead the public.   I do not dislike my face  and only wanted only an extra crease remove on both of my eyelids.  Good try Dr. weiss, relatives and close associates.  Your lies can easily be reveiw and misleading the public is what Dr. richard Alan Weiss do the best.  

  The Public is interested in (dr. Richard alan weiss newport beach, ca) your evil doings and  they already seen all the presentable work you plastured all over the internet and way more interested in seeing what you hide underneath your rug. 

 The above comment also  mentioned about donating money to charity.  Yes, I do that, but most people,  unlike Dr. Richard Alan Weiss do not  broadcast it overall the internet  or  brag about it.   Most people donate our labor and/or money in  silent.  This charity organization that Dr Weis  brags about all over the place have approx 18 other  doctors in it.   This is Dr. Richard Weiss biggest marketing tool just like what  I read some other commenters or complaints  posted on the internet about Dr. Weiss real motive of  being involved in this organization. 

 It is one of Dr. Richard Weiss biggest advertisement  tools to advertise his practice and lured people into his practice thinking he is a real  kind hearted person when it is totally the opposite. Afterall, most people like charity givers.    Dr. Richard Alan Weiss is a very evil and dishonest person and no matter what you (Dr. wiess, relatives or close associates)  say posting with fictious  names, it will not help people not to see your (Dr. Richard A. Weiss of Newport Beach, CA)  true colors.  

This idiot that posted the very nasty comment on this complaint  may not be so lucky the next time he/she opens his/her mouth.  Be very awared someone may put a bullet in between your eyes and   carved a "V" on the middle of your forehead.  "V' stands for "Villain".   

 Why are you interested in botched eyelids surgeries or Dr. Richard Weiss name?  My thoughts on this is because you are interested in either one?  Is that  why you search for it on the internet??  People as nasty as you never think about charity work.  Or maybe you are Dr. Weiss,  do it to get attenttion and free adverstisement for your very lucrative practice. which charges extremely high prices for filler and botox injections when people can get cheaper prices, better services, better results at  spas and other doctors' offices.       What gives  Commenter AXXX  the right to tell people what they should and shouldn't do??????????  

I read so many complaints on this board  against doctors/plastic surgeons and I do agreed that commenter AXXX is someone close to Dr. Weiss.   I do also agreed that this person most likely found this article by searching his name (Dr. Richard Weiss)  to see what is negatively said about him on the web.  In my opinion, this nasty remark is written by a female.  Perhaps Dr. Richard Weiss wife??????? 

From reading Jenny's article she never asked for sympathy, but  posted this to warn others of what happen to her.  I thank her for that.  If Dr. Richard Weiss fuck up my face like that I shoot him in the face!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Richard Alan Weiss you are not a man.   How can you live with yourself???

Dr. Richard Weiss will show you  only photos of his better work. In my case, I was cut too much to the lateral sides of both of my eyes. He made it so obvious that I had eyelid surgeries and my creases look horrible.    I am one of his victims of horrible eyelids surgery and regreted not to do my research before letting him operate on me.  I was recommended to him and now I know why?  Please don't trust any referrals to any doctors unless you personally know the people who refer you to them. It is very important not to take anyone's word when it comes to plastic surgeries cuz it is your face and some doctors will lied about their skills.    Most referral system are base on monetary gain and not anything else.   I feel so stupid now.  If I had done my research on the internet and saw complaints about this doctor, I wouldn't have used him.  It is so  true that people don't complain about doctors without good reasons.   I think they post just like me to warn others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend used to work for Dr. Ricahrd A. Weiss. I cannot specify the time line cuz my friend signed an agreement, but however it is okay for me to post what she told me of this doctor.  My friend told me Dr. Weiss done a high percentage of botched eyelid jobd than acceptable ones.  He usually smooth talk his patients and offer re-do's to calm them down.   Many of the botched  surgeries he did in the past cannot be fix. I  was told   Dr. Weiss's ego is so big, and he will promise what he cannot deliver.  Remeber talk is cheap, so please avoid him and go to a real plastic surgeon.  My friend saw some really horrible work of his ,but my friend  was told to always tell the patients how great and beautiful they look post surgery when it is just an obvious lie.  

This is why the consent to surgery form for Dr. Weiss  have such super fine and small printing on it.   Dr. Weiss never give you all the real details before he operate on your face and you paid the price of it.
