just answer the company gave me an answer and i then cancelled the subscription but they keep taking it monthly, Internet

Hi just to say I have tried to get on the web page of just answer and I keep getting an error message saying they are not responding.

 

I am a Comsumer of  just answer I have no ties to this company.Let me tell you all. The site is good for me



because I am a lonely person. Now Just answer did over charge me but I do use bill me later. So I did this to get back my money.



1. I called them they responded immediately. I got all the money back plus get this. They gave me a month for free. no charges of any kind.



2. But the only thing i don't like is they say unlimted answers no that isn't true .I am one that abuses those



situations. But I love the site. There are 2 and only 2 doctors  I trust. But you know that you are only getting answers that could help. If they don't help . They do refund I had many refunds. amount of 200.00



3. Yes I could ask my dear old aunt sally if i had one. But I do know they google a lot. I don't believe they are true Doctors at all. Just people like you and me that answers are friends . When my friend ask me about a headache i tell her the same advice. But the doctors i work with are great. they keep me happy. no matter how much i have to pay. Now if this doctor rate goes up anymore i won't use him. But they are people that seem to care. They have helped me see that i was very sick and not let me lay  in bed. this one so-called Doctor kept bugging me. to go. to a real Doctor. Found out he was right on the money . And he knew what proper meds . They had gave me every med he metion. I had this one bad person she didn't care at all. I wanted a resume but I couldn't get it to her and she had no patience at all. so i complained to Just answer. i got my money back. I  asked one of the Doctors I normally use to help me with the resume but he couldn't.. Because that wasn't his job.  But people you get what we pay for. i only pay for friends sad but true.  they will chat with me for a couple of hours then they will charge me. Now but here is the real thing I love them. like family because I have know these 2 doctors only on the site for one of them 2009. and the other 2010.  But guess what they could be our worst nightmare. you do not know who you are talking with.. That is ok with me. If they ask personally info I lie. They do not know me. I don't know them. That is what i like. yes I have wasted a lot of money . in different things that i don't need but Just answer is a life line to me sad but true..  I almost took my life but this one caring Doctor as he calls himself made me see that my life was worth living. When a college told me I was to stupid to teach these Doc helped me see I wasn't. they are great in my eyes. the pictures of these people are not real I know that I also let them know I know this. But they are still there. People be aware these are sites to make others money. You can find out the same answers yourself. i help others on the free site yahoo answers... so I am just here to  the tell you if you want pretty good info on your health or medical questions  go to Just answer. computer problems , car,  antiques no i would not even bother. homework people you can get a free  help at your school or college. Don't  relay on someone else to do your homework. for you. at lest these people are earning money. now get this If i get scared one of the doctors have me on their phone text. not my real phone number just answer lets him know I need him, he is on call for me. He will turn his computer or phone on just for me I can bother him on a weekend or hoilday. He is there. He helped me with a bad dream I was having. He was there. No one in my life can be there for me like Just answer is. yes I have spent approx 3000.00  but this site is worth it to me. I have bill me later. i had to go in and remove the subscription myself they didn't charge me. Also I have PTSD and they mental side of just answer has helped me a lot as well. He recommended me a book. I do believe I am a better person for them. Get this they worry about me and no they don't charge me when they email me. These doc have a heart. they try and not to charge me a lot. like i said they don't take advange of me. I do make them earn their money.....

But they had patience. I hate shots I have to give myself 2 . they stayed until i gave them It took them up to approx 1am to convince me with videos links and so forth they had me laughing. Now can you say you have a friend like that?yes i can prove what i say. with the post on Just answer .you won't believe what we talk about not just medical issues everything. So here it is in a nutshell. Don't expect a perfect answer from any site. They have gave me great real answers to my medical questions..

 I have use just answer many times,also had to get many refunds back. But I did get them. When I had a

subscription I had to go into the site where I have my card information at. Then I unscribe I checked my credit card they never did recharge me.  yes Just answer has many flaws to it. But what site doesn't have it"s  problems  I did  have a complaint about a certain person on Just answer I did get my money refunded

www.avvo.com  They are real doctors with real phone numbers but you have to wait for answer.)

Just answer  has helped out a lot. I am a lonely person I have pick 2 very good So-called Doctors  they have been right on every symptom  I had. When I got very sick I didn't want to go to the doctor. But this one doctor kept bugging me not charging me. So I  went he was right on the money. even down to the meds I needed.  I would not use there site for homework do it yourself. cars, trucks, antiques, pets is a maybe. lawyers, I have use the mental health site I have PTSD The person told me about a book so I got it .It helped a lot.  tonight I made them earn their money I have to give myself 2 shots and I have.  been in pain for a long time.. I didn't want to do it .thses 2 doctors stayed witm me and chated with out charging me to much money. they gave me song links to make me laugh comforted me as well. for over approx 6 hrs. never once did they give up. Finally I got them done. I have to take these everyday. so I know they will be there for me. I have tried other doctors on their site.  didn't like them .they never got paid. to greedy. Yes I could go ask my dear old aunt sally for advice but i don't have one. I would have just stayed in my bed and give up but they make me live life. I was going to take my life they made me see it was worth living. One of the doctors has the website so when i go to his site and he is not on he is there. He comes on fore me.. I had a bad dream I text him and he was there until I went to sleep. Do I believe that they are Doctors NO, I believe they are people that want to make extra money. But Just answer helps me. I answer free questions on yahoo site. so I believe  they are people helping people. I like it they don't know me. I don't know them. they could be a murder, robber, overseas terriost I don't care as long as they keep helping me. I know the photos are not real that they have up on the site. But you get what you pay for. Also one of the Doctors put me on a diet but told me to make sure my Doctor knew. Now that  is what any fitness gym will do .
