Clearbrook Havanese Failed to Return my Deposit for a Puppy Loxahatchee Florida

As a gift to my mother for Christmas, I reserved a puppy from the Clearbrook Havanese breeder by providing $1,000 deposit. The money was deposited and taken by Clearbrook. Their policy clearly stated that if I change my mind or don't find the puppy I like from their litter, I can receive my deposit back in full as long as I inform them before the puppy is eight weeks old.

Unfortunately, my mother did NOT want the puppy we chose for her. So, I had to cancel my puppy reservation. I informed Clearbrook via phone and email when the puppy was three weeks old. I heard from both owners that I should expect my refund soon.

It is now two months later.... still no refund and they refuse to return my phone calls and emails.

They took my $1,000. do NOT do business with this breeder.
