I am very familiar with all of the stories that I have read about Evonne Denney and her business practices. I have experienced the anger and frustration of how this lady conducts her business.

TODAY...I CAN DECLARE VICTORY.

I filed a lawsuit, earlier this year, against Evonne and Gary Denney for their failure to deliver registration papers for Frisco, my wonderful pup that I adopted during a Thanksgiving visit to the Dallas Area in November of 2006. I scheduled a meeting with Evonne prior to my travels and visited Evonne at her home (at the time) in Ft Worth, TX. I selected Frisco and we took him home. He has a Notre Dame jersey, a Chicago Cubs jacket and Chicago Bears jersey. Frisco and I watch every game that we can together. He is the best dog and a great friend.

After many threatening and hateful emails from Evonne, I informed her that my attorney would be handling the communications from that point forward. During the next few months, I learned that Evonne Denney could say very hateful and ignorant things all intended to agrevate and hurt my family. Through all of the clutter of her assumptions, we began to see certain things. First, she does not have an attorney. If she did, any attorney would have advised her that her agreement was not a binding contract. Secondly, we learned that Diamond Acres Kennel had resurfaced as a new website: http://buypuppiesnow.homestead.com/frenchbulldog.html. Luckily, this site is already offline. We learned that she is a horrible BULLY who bluffs all of the time. She believes that no one will stand up to her. We did and we WON!!!

Today, my attorney, delivered a judgement in my favor. I live in Charlotte, NC. Yolanda took care of everything for me from her office in Dallas. I didn't even have to travel to attend the hearing.
