DogZone is suppossed to be a DogTraining facility in Clinton Township what they are is a BUNCH of RIPOFF artists. They will lure you in thinking they care about ANIMALS and there training but they dont they just want your money and when and if you dont do the course even if its their fault they KEEP your DEPOSIT. I gave them a deposit and before I had training lesson one they Kicked me out of the course and now say they keep the deposit its NON REFUNDABLE. So if you want some TRAINING for your dog DONT take them to DOGZONE Specially if your a SENIOR CITIZEN they think a SENIOR wnot do anything well they were wrong this time. So PLZ PLZ PLZ Stay away from the DOGZONE they are nothing more then CON ARTISTS.

I was in the Dog Zone on the day this elderly man was there. It is a fabulous training facility with top notch trainers THAT CARE DEEPLY ABOUT ALL THE DOGS THAT GO THERE. I personally was happy this man was kicked out. First he yelled at his dog and then picked the poor thing up off of the ground by it's choker chain and then screamed and threatened it more. When he was reprimanded by the owner of Dog Zone he only glared at her and yanked on his little beagle. While he was sitting and filling out the paperwork, he again, LIFTED THE DOG OFF THE GROUND WITH IT STRANGLING BY ITS CHOKE CHAIN!!! Then he HIT the little dog with HIS CANE. That's when the owner kicked him out of the facility and said that that treatment would not and is never accepted there. As far as the deposit goes, I know I was told up front that a $25 deposit was needed to hold my space, guess if he didn't abuse his poor little dog they would have let him in the class that was run, just without him! This old man has no business owning any animal!!!

Im not sure who this person thinks they are or what they saw but they sure didnt see me pull my dog up with a choker cause she doesnt where a choker. I wouldnt do that too her but my bet is this Person probably got some free training offered to the dog if they would drum up the lies they put in that answer the only truth may have been i may have raised my voice to her a little and thats what it was a little but certainly not the non sense they have that would be cruel to the animal and Im not into animal cruelty I Love my pets vry much and anyone that knows me knows that . One thing that wont change and thats that DOGZONE are a bunch of RIPOFF ARTISTS that make up lies about people and this person is sure the glowing evidence of that so if you LOVE your pets DONT go there to DOGZONE.....

Seriously? Look at the language this person is using. Even his language is abusive! There were 7 other people in the room, they all saw what I saw! An angry, man choking and striking his dog with his cane. I for one was mortified at his behavior. It is a shame that he is trying to destroy a trainer, and facility that really cares. People if you want the truth, I think you should research Dog Zone their reputation is tops, talk to any rescue group, go and see for yourselves. Don't listen to this obviously abusive grumpy old man who's ego can't withstand being reprimanded and reprimanded rightfully so!!!!

Yes by all means look at my Language this person is a JACKASS. Anyone who has to tell lies to make someone or someplace look good makes you wonder about that person as well but Jackass is a mild expression. In any event yes a person should look and do some reasearch before they choose a bussiness so did I. WOW was I ever WRONG about this place I thought they would be good but I have a friend that works for a rescue and they said that the only reason they the (rescues) take there dogs there is because they get a good price no other reason and thats true.The incompetence in DOGZONE is so over whelming I cant believe I ever took my puppy thier but Im glad that it happened it showed me that I didn't need people that incompetent training my dog and to have people this crazy as _______ in warren is that they would lie for them should tell everyone alot as in DONT goto DOGZONE unless you really dont love your pet glad I found out before the class started....

Poor, poor, little crabby man. What a shame he feels the need to try to destroy a place that does so much good for the community, shelters, rescues and more. Just because you abused your animal in public, God only knows what you have done to that poor puppy in the confinds of your own home, and got dismissed - you think you can call people you don't know names(abuse from you old man), try to discredit a wonder trainer and human being(abuse from you old man again)? Really? What do you think you are achieving here? You are exposing yourself more and more as the one that is wrong, so, keep throwing your childish temper tantrums and tirades, you are looking like the foolish person and abuser that you are. Dog Zone and all the trainers there are award winning, caring, skilled and accomplished, DOG ZONE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST DON'T BELIEVE THIS ABUSIVE OLD MAN THAT GOT CAUGHT ABUSING HIS DOG.

This man was dismissed for abusing his dog in front of 7 witnesses and thank goodness for the owner of Dog Zone to step up and call him on the carpet! I personally was glad he was dismissed, there is no reason to strangle your dog or hit it with a cane, and by the way this was a small dog! This gentleman, and I do hesitate to use that title, is a liar. Don't listen to this person. Dog Zone is tops, the instructors and the business is the best that I have ever seen or been to. Don't listen to lies, check the place out and decide for yourself! By the way, as far as the deposit goes, they tell you up front and it is on the website also. They will tell you that it is to reserve your spot in a class, and you can bet that they are very honest and upfront about everything!! It is a shame this person needs to try to be so destructive. Sad. DOG ZONE IS THE BEST!!!!
