Hannah Phillips answered an ad I placed on Hoobly. I was interested in purchasing several female yorkies.She e-mail me and let me know she had several female yorkies for sale.She call me and me spoke several times on the phone and I received hundreds of e-mails from her showing the dogs she had for sale with pictures. I asked several times if she was a honest breeder and she reasured me she was. I bought 4 yorkies 3 females and 1 parti-male.
On Saturday January 7th she was going to ship the dogs but did not claiming one of the dogs had to have a shot and couldn't travel for 72 hours and agreed to send them again on the 14th the next Saturday. Well that date came and went and no dogs.She stated she had to put one of the dogs in a separate crate due to its age.And she said she couldn't take 3 crate to the airport by herself.
I told her that was not my problem she should have known about shipping dogs since she was in the dog business.She continued to e-mail me wanting more money and I told her no I wanted my dogs. I never got the dogs. When I call Continental Airlines they told me she had booked several times for dogs to be shipped and none of them had ever arrived to be shipped.
The lady at Continental told me there was at least 6 other people she had booked there dogs and never send them. I know since me there has been at least 4 more people that have contacted me that she has scammed out of money. I place an ad on hoobly to beware of her and not to send her any money because she was a scammer.I have reported this incident to the FBI, the local sheriff's office and the secret service and they can't help due to the lack of man power.
I believe there has to be more if all of us get together we can stop her but I need your help.My name is Jackie Sinclair and my phone number is 910 525-0404 and help me stop her she scammed me out of 1401.50 and there is no telling how much she has scammed others out of and will continue unless we stop her. thanks

no "honest" and "reputable" breeder would have sold you several dogs at once in the first place. Mostly for the fact it would be obvious your intention was to breed. BTW why would you pay for a dog(the parti male) that is of a disqualifying color/pattern, that can't be shown through legit conformation shows or should be bred from? You're out the cost of one well bred show potential would cost from a truly "honest breeder"
