I posted an update to my initial report on 11/25/09 that I had received the AKC papers so I don't know why that has to be restated. I'm glad the BYB followed that up with a personnal insult, it shows the exact type of person I had been dealing with. I'm not sure why the BYB would be sorry for the dog, as she knows absolutely nothing about me, which is what BYBs do, they don't ask you anything except if you have the cash.

I would not thank someone for "delivering" the puppy 5.5 hours away (and it's actually 3.5, google maps-Cassadaga, NY to Utica, NY) when that is something she offered in her Craigslist ad. The BYB wasn't doing me a favor, she was supposed to be in Utica anyway. (pictoral evidence attached)

I never stated I wanted to breed my dog and I have no idea where the BYB is even getting this info from. I did trade emails with the person who said they bought 3 of her pups and they spoke of breeding one of theirs, but decided not to because merles shouldn't be bred. (pictoral evidence attached)

I knew the BYB should eventually make a rebuttal to this, but I thought they might use the opportunity to clear their name, possibly by apologizing for swearing and insulting me through email, or explanaing how they are NOT a BYB (they don't health test, the sire & dam were never shown, and both parents were being sold on Craigslist as soon as they were done using them), but instead they used this to insult and lie about me some more. It's sad really.

I was over this whole affair on 11/25/09 when I finally received my papers and have moved on. Hopefully the BYB can do the same.
