Dear Madame Richards:
Frankly I'm I bit surprised by this report since I haven't shipped that many dogs out of state and the only "M Richards" of record that ever purchased one of my puppies (in March of 2007, to be exact) was promptly contacted the other day and responded with the following email reply:
"We are very happy with our dog"
Madame Richards certainly purchased a dog for the stipulated amount, got his pedigree papers, and subsequently registered said dog with the American Kennel Club - all quite verifiable on public databases.
Furthermore, Madame Richards clearly indicates that they saw the puppy's foreign pedigree in the first paragraph, hence they knew full well that they were purchasing a puppy from another country, even admitting the fact that they didn't want to go through the "headache of importing" on their own.
Said puppy is a bona-fied champion-sired pied male from my cousin's show kennel and was shipped with his guarantee, his veterinarian-issued health certificate and his AVID microchip form. His 4-generation FCI-issued pedigree was subsequently mailed (and M. Richards is quite obviously in possession of said registration). If there are any veterinarian bills associated with the puppy's initial visit, she should kindly please contact me immediately so that we can settle the matter forthwith and honorably. And if she's so displeased with the dog, perhaps she should send him back for a fee to be determined by us mutually so that the dog can enjoy his life as a pampered companion pet.
Lastly, if the complainant is anonymous and using the fictitious name of a beloved 70s sitcom character from "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" simply to defame and discredit me by filing a bogus report - perhaps never having even purchased one of my puppies - all I can say is it's libelous and slanderous, and then put the matter behind me. Maybe I won't get justice, but the Laws of Karma have a great way of settling the scores on their own.
Respectfully,
Paula

Dear "Allie", or "Ellen", or "Mary", or "M Richards", or whatever you want to call yourself, the fact is that you filed the initial report using the name "Mxxxxxx" [copy + pasted from the original for all to see (if they should be so inclined): "M / San Juan, California", that was modified by the complainant at precisely 7:51:44 PM - almost 37 minutes after the kind and gracious lady filed her rebuttal - and when you probably discovered that you could only change your user name, but - "OOPS!" - couldn't alter or modify the original text or name on this bogus report.
Whether it's San Juan, California or Hordville, Nebraska, or wherever the person professes to live, the funny thing is that when we enter the name "Mxxxxxxx + French Bulldog" in a search engine, a plethora of classified ads for puppies appear for dogs in Collins, Missouri, such as this one posted here:
Price: $1,000.00
Available: 9

We have babies for adoption ! Fawns , peids and brindle males and females that will be ready around the 1 st of Sept. These babies are AKC reg. with Champion bloodlines and come with a 2 year health guarantee. Prices are $1000.00 and up.
And all of this appears with a link to a commercial kennel website for Dobermans and French Bulldogs found at Guardian Angel K9 - dot - com, along with other ads for Beagles, Yorkies, etc.
On the pages of female French Bulldogs, there are photos displaying several of them with links to their pedigrees prominently displayed - several of them from Eastern European extraction, in fact - so it's quite obvious that "M Rxxxxxx" breeds from imported dogs. And then on the page featuring the males, there're the four photographs of the aforementioned puppy that was purchased last year, boasting: "AKC reg. Champion bloodline fawn pied male , AKC reg. Champion Ukraine bloodlines." It would appear that the dog “M Rxxxxx” is complaining about and telling readers of this thread: "I am still trying to get AKC papers on this puppy" - quote, unquote - is in fact R-E-G-I-S-T-E-R-E-D because this person brags the fact that he's AKC-registered twice - no less - in the same sentence for added emphasis. But just in case there is any doubt whatsoever, let's show every reader of this thread the information provided by the AKC database:
Reg No.: NP17601101
Name: Poseydon Kiss-Me-Kiss
Sex: Male
Breed: French Bulldog
D/O/B: 01/01/2007
Color: White & Fawn
He looks adorable in his puppy pictures, by the way. But what “M Rxxxxxx” is complaining about is really all rather perplexing since the person clearly acknowledges that they saw the puppy's foreign pedigree and still went ahead with their purchase, and we now all know that "M Rxxxxx" is selling puppies sired by Eastern European imports at a third of their average price. It doesn't look like "M Rxxxxxx" is showing any of her dogs in conformation, however, nor does it appear that they OFA-certify, or BAER or CERF-test their dogs either, nor does it make mention of any genetic health-screening whatsoever, so potential buyers should actually be very wary of this commercial kennel rather than buying puppies from a hobby breeder that does show in conformation.
Don't really know about the Laws of Karma exactly, but I've always heard that "Karma is a B!%^H",
