My Elegant Paws, Meadowland Yorkies, Kim Hinkle Irresponsible breeder Sacramento California

I am looking to buy a Yorkshire Terrier, and came across My Elegant Paws, and the Rip off report/Yorkie talk . I still contacted this Breeder, and met with her at her better halfs establishmebnt, which is a tavern. Its a charming lil place cica1800s. I then asked her about the bad Press she was recieving on the internet, and some of the Patrons Chuckled and said here you go again. It seems there have been a select few who were banned at this Neighborhood Landmark, and just cant seem to move on, with their lives. So they have gone to the lenghths to destroy her breeding reputation. One in which or 2 who joined Yorkie talk and is active on there in which this particular woman has NO Yorkie, and spread the most Vicious and Hurtful lies, concering Ms. Hinkle. She has told me and shown me all the legal Documentation, This woman went to the extent to Lie as to sueing Ms. Hinkle, and Hand wrote Forms, posing as an Attorney. Legal Help was provided to Ms. Hinkle ,in an effort to CLEAR her Name. She went on to say this paticular person and she have buried the Hatchet, but now these, OTHER banned patrons are continuing. As for her dogs, She has all legal Paper work and if ANY ONE got RIPPED OFF this POOR Woman did. She bought a Champion from STARDUST YORKIES who was 1/2 dead had to take out a Loan for vet Bills and the Breeder, wont make GOOD on it, I hope Legally Ms. Hinkle gets, all back what is due. Also a couple other Horror stories from A breeder keeping her deposit and reselling the dog (Windsors Precious Pets) to pups with parasites, and another who owes her for a dog that wasnt good, and should not be bred ,and the breeder took it back and is breeding it. And wont refund the 3500.00 only a puppy. And last but not least she said her 1st stock came from Simbas pride kennel in which she later found out, the dogs were un social and she spayed and petted them out, more Details but, she didnt want to DWELL on her mis haps. I Quote her to saying ( We All have to start some where I was just to trusting)........She and Mr. Antonucci of Parquins became good friends and she Paid Dearly for his stock in which she showed me pedigrees 10 generations and letters and emails from this,Breeder of 50 years. Ms. Hinkle defends herself by saying people say and write she Is lying and using a dead mans Line. These people, are just sick.. Personally I am Happy I did my own investagating, and saw and found out the other side of these posts. In My Book My Elegant Paws , Has beautiful yorkies, and Ms. Hinkle is a caring and Loving Indvidual. Jealousy, is an Evil thing, I believe that is part of these vindictive posts. I also called both of her vets, and she gets an A+. I hope to own a Parquin, yorkie from My Elegant Paws, as soon as I can. Thats my Opinion

I am purchasing a Yorkie from Kimberly Hinkle and live in Pittsburgh Pa. My Father worked with hers on The Pittsburgh Steelers Football League. Hers an Announcer. mine a Trainer.I have known this woman for 40+ years and on her defense, These POSTS on here and Yorkie Talk are ALL LIES.......... Kim, has been taken by Several Breeders which she was too trusting. I and others have gotten her to get Legal help. a CRIMNAL ATTORNEY.......... She bought her 1st stock from Simbas Pride, Bad News. Needless to say the dogs, were un social and had defects and cost Kim THOUSANDS. Then there is STARDUST YORKIES, 30 years of breeding, She took Kim twice, one puppy had a Hernia and SUSAN HARISM never made good on that Puppy and her Champion STARDUST FIRECRACKER (JAKE) This dog was almost dead when Kim got it at the airport, she is in debt $7000.00, and Susan Harism, lied and sold her a bad bill of Goods. Kim needs to SUE her. I wont mention the woman out here on the East Coasts, name as requeted by Kim who sold her 4 puppies with Giradia, 2 pups Kim sold for her to help her out. Kim lost her own New Borns due to that and AGAIN Cost her Thousands to get rid of and VET bills.......... Then her so called friend, sold her a Yorkie that looks like a Bull dog and mean, and owes her 3 breedings its been 2 years, and still, hasnt made Good on that. Then The Woman in San Jose ( WINDSORS PRECIOUS PETS) who is the one who Stole $1000.00 and re sold the puppy Kim never got anything from her except bad Press. Then there are the Deranged Bar Flies whom got 86 from her 1/2s Bar who cannt get over it, so they, get on here and other sites to lie.NO LIFEERS.........When she and Raymond Antonucci became, FRIENDS< BEST FRIENDS, was her saving Grace. They were Close friends and she is keeping his Dream alive. Any one who Knows those Blood lines Knows the BIG Price tag on PARQUIN Dogs.Kim is the BIGGEST VICTUM here. She has always been a Giving and Loving Thoughtful Person. She has spent almost all her inheritance to buy,and take THE BEST CARE of her Yorkies. Not to mention VET BILLS and BAD Dogs. Time, Love, EFFORT, and Hope for the dogs people took her for . OR RIPPED her off........ This Bad Press is Just DERANGED, These People are THE DERANGED ONES.... I am Kimberly Hinkle and THANKYOU TO Friends and future and past buyers who have come on here to DEFEND me. These reports are all lies I have only sold 4 puppies to the GENERAL public in which all of these reports are not VALID. My first yorkies came from SIMBA PRIDE Kennel and they, were spayed and petted out. I Have been the VICTUM here and been TAKEN by a few BREEDERS whom were supposed to Be Reputabul, INCLUDING STARDUST YORKIES< WINDSORS PRECIOUS PETS, and I have other happenings with acouple other breeders on in which I prefer not to mention.............. However I was taken for THOUSANDS Of DOLLARS, for Yorkies and VEt Bills due to what these UN TRUTHFUL Breeders did to me. I LOVE Yorkies and wanted to Breed for Betterment of the Yorkies. I was TOO Trusting in my EARLY Ventures Lookind for My stock. And people I thought were Close Associated even Got to me. These reports are Lies, and have NOTHING to do with me selling them Puppies. There are people who are BANNED from my Partners Buisness who are using Rip Off Report and Yorkie Talk to get Back at me. One in Which, Did alot of DAMAGE was Yorkie fan 49, who she and I have since moved on and are Friends again, However she did indeed Post when we were not on Speaking terms many UN TRUTHS about me. We have Moved on However those Posts still remain on there, and look like a CAT fight. I have Beautiful Yorkies from The BEST lines. so all these people are doing is Talking about and Lying about some of the Most TOP NOTCH, SHOW BREEDERS Here and Abroad. I am an Honest and trustful, Loving Human being. These others are made up pretend, yorkie Buyers. AND I need to go to Jail IRS. You people need to move on as I believe in Karma and it will some day to Bite you in the Butt. My Yorkies Come from the best of the best, I will not say any more , per my ATTORNEY...............

This kind of situation can be avoided by consumers who do their homework before buying puppies. A responsible breeder does the following things:
1. Tests the puppies' parents for any known genetic problems that occur in the breed.
2. Offers a lifetime guarantee - you can always return your pup if you can't care for it.
3. Provides a five generation pedigree.
4. Titles or works the pups' parents. This is NOT snobbery - it's a valid way to prove that their breeding stock is sound enough to perform the tasks for which they were bred (even a pet may have to be able to jog with its owner) and to be structurally sound (conformation defects may cause lameness and vet bills later in life).
5. Doesn't make excuses, such as "I only breed pet quality". There's no such thing. A well bred dog is a well bred dog.
6. Doesn't breed more than two breeds, and doesn't have frequent litters.
7. Screens owners just as scrupulously as the owners should be screening them.

They should accept that they didn't educate themselves sufficiently prior to breeding and selling to the public. A good breeder will take a genetically defective pup back, or give the consumer their money back if they choose to treat the dog. But, you'll never get that from an Internet puppy mill, a pet store, or a backyard breeder who doesn't act appropriately as a hobby breeder. Buyer beware - you need to get educated BEFORE you fall for that cute little ball of fur. Ask a trainer or a veterinarian for a breeder reference, or visit the AKC or UKC websites, or the national club for your chosen breed, and stay away from the Internet mills.
