Three years ago I purchased a chihuahua puppy from this breeder, who charged a total of 1750 USD to me, including the price of the puppy and shipping costs to France. I sent the payment in full to this lady one month or so before the departure. Due to serious illness circumstances I was unable to receive the puppy in Paris at the shipping date, I informed the breeder about it, and then she offered a replacement puppy to me later in the year, as a compensation. After weeks of recovery, I contacted again this breeder to ask a replacement puppy as she had suggested, but she never answered any of my letters. I sent several regular mails to her and had to contact the AKC complaint departement too ... She did not answer any of our ( my and AKC ) letters.

The puppy I was supposed to have was immediatly sold back, and reregistred on someone else, and I never had any replacement puppy instead, nor the refund of my 500 USD shipping costs ... I still have the sale's contract I signed for, the payment proof, and the letter of this breeder attesting she would offer a replacement puppy in my case. At the time I purchased my puppy, this breeder was supposed to give up her activity, selling a good part of her herd, her previous website disapeared from the web, and I beleived she was no longer breeding chihuahuas ... My big surprise was to see lately she was advertising again some pups on the puppyfind directory ... So I decided to contact her again and naturally she did not give any answers to me like usual ... I still want a repacement puppy, and if not possible, I am, at least, asking the refund of the shipping costs I paid, and that she does not have to keep.
