Dear David, This reply is written in response to your allegations regarding our business ethics. As you well know you were told of the tail defect with this pup. I delivered it to you in Meridian Mississippi as you told me you were unable to come to our facility to pick up the pup and also were unwilling or unable to incure the shipping costs at that time. When you took possession of this pup you were pleased with the size and health of said pup and also knew before hand that the pup had a kink in its tail.. All this being said we were at the time not aware that the pups testical would not drop as he showed both when we delivered him to you.Yes my wife did call you and promise you a replacement. We are still willing to honor this but have not heard from you in over a year. We have had no male pups in this time period.In fact we have had no pups in this time either. We did whelp a litter for a friend but it consisted of 5 females. We do however have some females bred at the moment. If you had kept in touch with us you would have been aware of what was happening our end. We have yet to recieve any further contact from you, nor have we ever recieved any pictures of said male.We have only your word as to said defect. This is an attempt on our part to open up lines of communication with you.
