Vic Kruse Salem, Iowa "breeder" Possible Puppy Mill Salem Iowa

I was "inspecting" a local Petland pet store in the Jordan Creek area of W. Des Moines today and came across a Weimer pup. The paperwork the store handed to me showed the name Vic Kruse and I was told that this breeder is located in Salem, Iowa. (Iowa is high on the list for puppy mills.)

Upon closer inspection, I could see clearly that the dog's dew claws had been completely removed! This is NOT required and in-humane! The store worker told me that this breeder does that routinely.

I will be attempting to check into this breeder further but I am pleading for all to avoid this breeder and all pet stores sales!
