I attempted to buy a puppy from this breeder.First there was a problem with payment, she wanted to charge me for using paypal. Then she said to pay her using western union or a bank check.

I sent her a payment threw paypal. She told me she needed the payment so she could take the dog to the vet before she could ship him. She then waited 5 days to e-mail me to say there was a problem with the dog when she was to ship him that same day.

I called her immediately to question her on the dog. I told I could not accept a dog that might be ill. She proceeded to tell me that she could get 3 vets to certify that there was nothing wrong with him. I asked her to scan the vet certificate from when she took him and e-mail it to me.

In less than 20 minutes she called me telling me how her husband told her not to sell me the dog. He felt that I wasn't right for the dog anyway. She then proceeded to tell me thank you for all the time I wasted on me.

If there was nothing wrong with the dog, why didn't she e-mail me the vet's report or certificate. I really wanted the dog and had brought some things for him. I'm heartbroken, but happy that they didn't get my money.

I truly believe these people are trying to scam people out of their money.
