A Door to Door Sales Person from APX Alarm Security Solution stated that they were selecting a few homes to place there new Security System in. I said okay. Kasson Bulloch stated that If I did not want the service to call and write a letter of cancelation by the third day Midnight. The company stated that they are from Utah. I know damn well a letter would not get time being that I am from Tennessee. On August 11, 2006 I called stated that I did not want the services and pick up there system. I got call from Ms. MC.Johnson from Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates she said, Ms. Jones you owe APX Security Solution $1200.00 something. There action was to report to 3 credit bureau and put a lien on your house. She ask me who name was on the house. I hung up the phone. I called APX Alarm Solution.

Mr.Ryan from APX Solution stated that I see that you did call on August 11, 2006. He ask me did I send a letter. I said yes I did. I did not make a copy. He stated that they do not have a letter. I find it very hard for a company to say they don't see a letter but notice that a person has made phone call to cancel service. I think they are both scams. I have written to Better Business Bureau. I am also in the process of getting my old divorce lawyer to help. Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates stated that they have sent me a letter stated that I owe them money. I know exactly what comes through my mail.

They did not send any letters. When I called to ask for another letter from Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates One of the Rep gave the phone to some woman, I ask her could I please have a letter of how much you claim I owe. The lady started yelling at me saying sent you a letter in June. Okay if you sent me a letter in June, Why the letter you sent is posted 08-02-07 and this offer is only good until 08-06-07. I know, if you a credit agency there should be some type of payment receipt, just in case I want to make payments. All I know. I am going to do every thing in my power to get the help I need. That is first by going through a lawyer.
