Blanca Promotions Refusing to give refund on returned merchandised West Palm Beach Florida

I purchased an exotic eye make up pallete from Marissa, from Blanca Promotions who came to my work on Nov. 12, 2008. With the eye make up I was given a set of make-up brushes as a free gift. She gave me my receipt and took my check, which was cashed within 24 hours. I took my goodies home that evening and tried out my new brushes. Only to have one of them break. I called Marissa the next day and said that I did not want another set but that I just wanted my money back. MY receipt states 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH RECEIPT. She came by a couple of days later to pick up the items and said that I should have a check in the mail in about 3 to 5 days. Well its been almost a month. Now I am having trouble getting through to anyone at the WPB office to get there coporate office number so I can speak to someone about this refund. They told me the refund had to come from California, the coporate office, which conviently they do not have there number. Sparta Marketing is there corporate office in California so I have been told. My refund is only for $21.50 but now its the principal that matters to me. If they have done this to me how many other people have they done this do?? The make-up that they promote is Victoria Johnson which is sold on QVC a nationally broadcast program.
