Signed with APX May 25 1907 Company changed name in Sept. 07 And again in May of 09,Set off the alarm by accident around that time,that is when I found out that my alarm system was not bieng monitored.No one would tell me for how long.I have paid 39,99 every month since May of 2007,and as far as I know, my system was never monitored until May of this year.That is when Castlerock sent someone out to get the system on line.So I have been ripped off for about 959.76.On top of that Castlerock keeps double billing me, I have proof of monthly payments since May of 2007.
