I received a Pizza and Movie Rebate Offer from a local water filtration company. I filled out the form following the rules and guidelines. Submitted the rebate on 7-30-09 which was well within the alotted time frame. It said to allow 4-6 weeks for rebate. It is 11-17-09 and I still haven't received my rebate.

This is in response to this Consumers complaint about their Rebate. 
 
Our Company processes over 30,000 Rebates a year that is distributed by many Sales organizations in the US & Canada.  The Pizza & Movie Rebate is handed to the Consumer as a Gift with no purchase required, just their time for viewing a product demonstration.
 
Due to volume, our systems have been automated by phone & Internet to respond only when information is matched in our database.  If all inquires where to be answered by operators, this program would not be cost effective since it is not tied to any sale of a product.
 
As in all Rebates, there are Terms & Conditions to be met.  If a response was not received, then the Terms & Conditions were not met, therefore, a Rebate was not issued.
 
This automated system is in place to be fair to all Consumers who comply.  We find that those who do not follow the terms are the ones who complain the most.
 
The Internet site is connected to our Rebate processing company to respond to those who match in our database.  Go to www.PizzaMovieRebate.com for search.
 
Our company is in business over 10 years and has an A rating by the Better Business Bureau.

  Tell me why a rebate is not processed .i have read all the fine print an dkept copies of everything .Gene Cosco #77135 . After all be a little cutomer focued to those of us that had to wait over eight months for the first response .You dont return any calls .perhaps a better system would reduce the complaints
