Signtronix Sign Company Traveling Door To Door Salesman Torrance California

I did fall victim to this scam. Two of their salemen came into my store and camped out all day. They explained how their sign would benefit my business and I agreed that their sign was very nice. When I asked if there we any ordianances against the use of their scrolling sign. I was told there we not any problems when using an indoor sign.

They worked up a deal and I agreed to a price, like the others on this site. This was on a Friday in June 29, 2007. On Monday July 2, 2007 I contacted our Code enforcement officier to inquire about the new sign I was planning on purchasing and at that time I was told that a scrolling sign has never been approved for use in the City of Washington.

I then contacted the sales person that I was speaking with and informed him that the sign looked great but I would have to cancel my purchase and asked for my deposit back. As of today I have not received my refund and I have been getting the run around from all the people I have spoken with at Signtronix.
