SYN, INC Miami Dream Team, Face to Face Tech, American Cash Awards fired me because i confronted them on missing 4,000 and then zeroed my account out immediately kitteredge, Colorado

As an employee of Syn, Inc., I feel it is my responsibility to point out to the public that this posting is the result of a scandalous, DISGRUNTLED,  employee.  She states that she had only worked for the company for 5 months when in actuality she worked with the company for 8 years.  She was always paid on time and  received bonuses very generously.  She was terminated for missing receipts and funds. There is a police investigation ongoing in this matter and she may end up being prosecuted .  I am surprised she is lashing out at a company that has so much evidence against her.  But, the one thing I am sure of, this is not an accurate claim and it is not what your web site was designed for.

 

I was under the impression that your web site was for actual companies that were dishonest.  I have worked for this company for over 5 years and I have no complaints.

I work in the office so I am sure that I have knowledge of unhappy  consumers and the owner of this company is a stickler for “the customer is always right”. 

 

If this website is what I believe it to be, you will not tolerate your website to be used for this type of arena.

I looked into Syn Inc with the BBB and found them under "American Cash Awards" in Colorado. They have an "F" Rating.

Although I have had no involvement with this company, I find it amusing that employee rebuttals always claim a "disgruntled employee", what about the disgruntled consumers that are getting ripped off? 

Simple web searches show that Syn Inc is under investigation in many Cities, and the other company alias's follow suit.

 

Last night I had a knock on my door. It was a 19-20 year old selling magazines for SYN. He did a pretty good selling job, but did his best to try to convince either my wife or me to go to the ATM to withdraw the cash needed for the subscriptions we were paying for. And then there was the purpose for the subscriptions. They were to go to US soldiers who were overseas and furnished through a charitable organization with a good reputation, that being Wounded Warriors Project. He ended up leaving with a check, and when I contacted the Wounded Warriors Project to check up on it was told that they had absolutely no knowledge of SYN. I then proceeded to stop payment on my check.

I was one of the former employees of SYN Inc.  In the 3 months I was there, no matter what I did, it was never good enough.  I was unaware that people weren't getting their subscriptions and I feel aweful about it.  I loved the people I worked with, but my personal manager constantly called me a "weak ass" even though I was usually at the top half of the wall chart for sales towards the end.  My manager and his girlfriend were incredibly emotionally abusive, and I tried leaving three times and every time, he would grab my stuff out of the hotel lobby and drag it back to my room and tell me to quit being so immature and tell me that if I left then I would never amount to anything.  I was accused of being a drug addict because I was on medication prescribed to me that I was taking as ordered.  The only way I was able to finally leave was because a kind stranger in our hotel in one location bought me a hotel room in a separate hotel and then a bus ticket home.  Once I left is when I discovered that people weren't getting their magazines and it has just been emotionally draining on me ever since because I am not a scandalous person.  I just felt aweful because I thought to myself "what if one of these kids ever ripped off my grandparents or someone else I love?"  Not all magazine crews are scams, but this one is and the kids working there are left with no option other than stay with this crap company or switch to another company crew.

Face to face is kind of the the worst of the worst when your talking about magazine crew. I personally worked for these company. Love tech, SYN Inc, face to face. Lambs, mark schumate, Roxy are "company managers" they're all terrible people. and theyre agents WILL rip you off, if you buy from them at the door. They will tell you to pay cash because then they don't have to take a check to the bank to cash. Everyone that works for these company's is on drugs. You'd have to be, to want to work for em. Mark schumate the CEO of the clearing house, is a sick man, he's hella old and he's gay. While I have no problem with gay people. This one I do. He would offer to pay agents to have sex with him. If you didn't write enough business on the day. They have a "wall-to-wall" meeting where basically everybody jumps you. Because of these reports they've changed their company names at least 3 times. And if you quit the job. They drive you to a greyhound bus station, don't buy you a ticket to get home. They just forget about you. Be weary the cleraing house in Colorado. And anybody affiliated with them. I have since started working for a good company, that sends people their magazines, and refunds their money if they cancellation the transaction. So not all of them are bad. This one is the worst though

i worked for a few magazine companies and i do have to say richies company which when i worked there was miami dream team was without a doubt a scam crew. I worked for richie for about 8 months and while i didnt have ten sales every day i definatly earned ALOT more than the 20-25 dollars a day that i was payed i remember once i actually had a decent day and had 11 for 321 with over 300 in cash and still only got a $60 draw if i was payed correctly it should have been $160 plus a $30 cash bonus minus $13 for room and supplies i did the books for my previous company having learned how it worked from richie. when i first started working for him i was his first agent under his new company mdt and from what i was told his first agent under his 012 numbers probably all a lie tho. but in the beginning it wasnt bad. again not saying i was a power agent or anything but i knew the business and could hire and train wit the best of them. only problem was apparently richie licked to do alot more than just smoke weed and drink like i did. so he hired a few of his old agents that liked heroin and meth etc. (prob the reason for having to trade in whatever his company name was before that) and so it goes "misery loves company" drug addicts hire more drug addicts and it got to the point where even if i was trying to build an honest crew nobody wants to be around those kinds of people let alone live and work with them 24 hours a day. it got to the point where you couldnt trust your belongings in yoour room and car handlers were shooting dope in the car and taking trainees into the ghetto to pick up more drugs rather than dropping them off to work. all my hires left and eventually i lost my posisivity for the job and left also never did see any of the money on my books and had since gone to work for another company joyfully the owner of which i still talk to regularly. but just to brighten the day of any of those who are angry with richie lamb here are a few rumors i have heard here and there since i left..      his wife april found out about how many of his female agents he was sleeping with in exange for keeping them high all the time......    she left him for one of his prized managers who was almost half her age  (dont know how long that lasted) ......... they apparently stole half his agents and some money and a crew vehicle and i also heard he got his ass whooped by someone half his size in a bar fight!!!!!         shoulda listened to me richie you'r much better off gettin high behind closed doors and hiring productive straight up agents than dirtbag dopeheads that you can get high with you prob woulda made alot more money and had alot less aggravation
