Universal Subscription Agency Tried very hard to rip me off...I may have stopped it Las Vegas Nevada

Well, same old story I'm afraid... Nice person, nice setup, gullible mood...However I researched this company and found this site right after the salesperson had left.

I ran outside and confronted this person about my new lack of faith in this deal and that I would like my check and money back. I was told no, and that I was harassing them by following.

Now here's the thing...the salesperson used my private cell phone to call their "manager." I used this number to get my money and check back. However, they still retain my name, address, phone number, driver's license, and signature.

Has anyone out there had any problems with ID theft or any other nature? And I was wondering if there are any lawyers reading this because I want to know if there are any legal problems with suppling this "manager's" number to the massess on this site.

I am worried of "revenge" because when they first entered they asked which car out front was mine...Do I need to watch it too?

Asked if such and such was my car as well....

Same story, anyways, I cancelled, sent certified to alternate address for them I found, and cancelled the check. Shortly after he arrived, he asked me the same question, I had a friend in the navy over and i told him i was kind of busy, and he was asking if the car with "marines" on it was mine, i said no, and he asked again, so i told him my car wasn't parked there, it might have been.

I don't think they will do any "revenge" tactics, it's probably just small talk just misconstrued carelessly, maybe they are hoping the benz on the right is yours so you have lots of money? If you have any updates, please let us know, thanks.
