I bought a system from waterworld from buckingham quebec. thought the salesman was nice, but it turned out to be a scam of which I paid over seven thousand dollars for. It broke down in the first month. I asked for a refund but didn't read the fine print on back of my contract.

I was charged fifteen hundred for them to remove it. Waterworld is a scam. Just go see the investigation CBC did on them. Wish I knew ahead of time. Every customer of Waterworld is treated with respect and 2nd to none customer service.
The owner of Waterworld is a law abiding person who cares deeply about people. He has never stolen,lied or cheated anyone out of their money. Any customer who wishes to cancel their contract with Waterworld has 10 business days to do so. The story written here by Danfordlake is false and misleading. First of all any problems with our equipment is covered by a 25 yr warranty and 25 yr free service. All of our customers have no problems with their equipment they bought from us because we fix the problem right away!We don't charge customers to remove our equipment should they wish to cancel within the 10 days as provided by law.After 10 days we don't remove any equipment period.
The cbc report was done on a dealer in the London Ontario area. Not from Buckingham Quebec.
Their is no customer with a broken down equipment in their home,that is a lie!! Waterworld employees are not con artists, they are hard working people who enjoy life and pay their taxes. Unlike the owner of danfordlake.com Stacy Molyneaux(owner of danfordlake.com) was FIRED from Waterworld. He was their plumber.
The reason for his dismissal? Theft of company assets, drinking on the job and moonlighting with the company vehicle and using the company vehicle for his own personal use.
Stacy Molyneaux is a very upset person for being fired. Just check his website and you will see why.
It's to bad that all his negative energy could not be channeled into positive energy and that he could lead a productive life instead of a negative one.

I had a call from a customer of ours stating Stacy Molyneaux,(owner of Danfodlake.com) Left his private ph# with them while working for Waterworld. They decided they would try and save money by hiring Stacy Molyneaux because Stacy told them he could do a better job and at a cheaper price than Waterworld. At the time he was working for Waterworld!! Stacy Molyneaux has no integrity at all.

 The customer decided they would go with Stacy's proposal. Turns out they got rippedoff by Stacy Molyneaux. Now the customer wants there money back. Quess what? Their out of luck because the product they bought from Stacy is not covered by the manufacturers warranty because he is not an authorized distributor. They also paid cash(bad idea) got no receipt. Turns out Stacy Molyneaux has no business license, works for cash under the table, does not pay business taxes, is not licensed to carry out work in the community he lives in,(Kazabazua Quebec) or anywhere else in Canada.
 The customer also wanted to know what they could do and we told them that they could sue him in court,(good luck he is being sued by the Quebec Government for none payment of income taxes,they have a lean on his house)
We also told them they have no receipt and therefore no proof of the work being done by Stacy Molyneaux. So they are out of luck. So you see Stacy Molyneaux is a low life,con artist,shady person, just out for his own gains. Its to bad that our customers got rippedoff by Stacy Molyneaux. They told me they have learned a very valuable lesson.

This is just 1 of the reasons we FIRED STACY MOLYNEAUX. The best thing to do is call your local government agency to see if the person you want to hire is licensed and registered to carry out the type of work you want done. If they ask for cash with no receipts RUN very fast from these shady people,(STACY MOLYNEAUX). It will only cause you grief.
 Our customer has no recourse. He is out $1250.00.
