Atlantic Circulation Does not deliver magazines, does not refund money SCAM!! York, Pennsylvania

Back on May 5, 2011, I was enjoying a lovely spring day outside with my boys when another door-to-door salesman came up, offering different magazines through Atlantic Circulation. The kid was nice, we had some laughs, so I broke down and ordered one for my son and one for my neighbor as gifts.

I kept the receipts, and marked down the "102 day" mark that they say you should receive a magazine by. I was feeling good. Then that 102 day came, i found their website and sent them a message asking what was going on, I had not received anything, and was just wanting my money back. They responded that I needed to wait a few more days first. Fine, whatever, I waited. Still nothing.

The second time I wrote to them, September 16, I was told my subscriptions were canceled and a check would be mailed to me in 7 to 21 working days. 26 working days later (only counting M-F) I write AGAIN stating I had not received a refund and wanted to know what was going on. The response this time was apologetic, and stated a check was set to be mailed out that Friday, October 28. It is now November 8, giving them 9 mailing days and I have not received a single magazine, or a single cent back.

Save yourself the hassle, and your money, and do not fall for this SCAM!!
