Balford Lindsay's driving school is a fraud. He will scam your money for the course and then ask you to do additional hours with him. (to milk your money)

The Ministry of Transportation does not require a certain level of competency to finish the courses, only you finish your course components.

Not only does he not keep his files, he fails to teach. He has a heavy accent and fails to stay on-topic about driving. He would make small talk randomly, and should you tell him to refrain from doing so, he will violently yell at you in a condescending manner.

His rude, aggressive and impatient nature make him a terrible driving instructor.

Avoid at all costs! I am regretting this very much.
