Your family issues were not the problem of the school. I know this sounds harsh, but it is reality. They are running a business.

You might want to check whatever contract you signed for the school, but I doubt you have a legal leg to stand on.

It appears that you were demanding something that you werent legally entitled to.

The school did provide what you paid for, but YOU left! YOU broke the agreement, not them.

And, STOP with the spouting or the "class action lawsuit" thing, as it just makes you look stupid as you obviously don't know anything about how difficult and costly they are.

Isn't it odd that theirs hundreds of bad reports on the truck driving school MTC. I could understand if it was just a few, but my lord, they never end. You would think that theres some truth from so much bad news. Wouldn't there be lots of good reports if it were true. They also have someone at MTC responding to all of the negative reports, to try and save their tarnished image. If you live in Kentucky you can file a law suite, because they have a business in the state of. See ya soon

Regarding the fact that this guy did leave the school may be a personal choice one would have to face, except for the fat that he left on the basis of a family emergency. If he were to leave because he felt like it, he would not have much of a leg to stand on in any form of legal action. However, his reason for leaving is legally legitimate and any and all institutions, employers, etc are required by law to excuse anyone for the purpose of a family emergency of such nature described above in this forum. The school is required by law to excuse him and allow him to return after his situation is sustained. The school does not have to honor any full refunds or any special discounts (unless otherwise stated in the contract).

i was enrolling in this school, but thanks to RIPOFF .COM and all the good reporting on this band of thieves, i will not b attending this truckdriving school. there are fedral regulations that deal wth this type of situation. i really hope ALL you people who are having problems wth this company get them resolved. All of u need to band together and file a class action lawsuit together against this company. wth your attourney at hand have them to file wth the irs and federal goverment to order a investigation into them. the mo. attourney general should be your numberone advocate. this will be a long a drawn out proceedure but if all of u stay serious about this to get it takin care of, in the end they will pay. my lawsuit against a company took almost 4 years, but i got my reinburstment.  ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU RIPOFF FOR ALL THESE REPORTS. i believe u just saved me from a bunch of problems.

ARE U SERIOUS ON THIS RESPONCE?!? I think that who ever replied to the report against mtc is as ignorant as they are rude. I dont care what the contract says, if a company cant be respectful enough to honor there service in understanding of the circumstances (a family death< or even a friends death), then you dont deserve to offer a service of ANY KIND. That tells me tmc doesnt care about there students and employees, that all that matters to them is money. A SHAME! In all honesty, because they are into wut i referr to as organized crime(least mtc. your history only shows tution fraudulance and your lack of caring for your students and employess.) If you continue to look up mtc there are 35 ripoff reports on them and they ARE NOT recommended or backed by the BBB. FEDERAL GOVERMENT SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN BEFORE THEY RIPOFF ANOTHER HARD WORKING CITIZEN.
