If you are interested in suing Sunshine Safety Council, Daytona Beach, Fl. for Veteran Discrimination let me know? I have all
correspondence, the fees are on you, and profit percentage will be distributed. They have had over a year to respond.

I have been corresponding with Rep. Jean Clough, Daytona VA., and Gainesville VA., Sunshine Safety Council. And they still will not Investigate or respond. But they are willing to hold up my money. Perhaps you can answer me?

You still never investigated why Sunshine Safety forces all veterans to go through additional council unnecessarily through the Daytona Beach, VA., and billed through Gainesville, VA. So the VA can generate a profit and rip off the Veterans. If they do not comply then they will not get their Drivers License back.

I was forced to go through traffic school as part of the requirements with Fl. law regardless if you are guilty or innocent in dui,dwi,rd.  Any additional courses are at Sunshine Safety's discretion. I opted to go through the Va. because I was laid off at the time, and my income was unemployment.  There were approximately 30 Veterans a course, one hr long, 3 times a week at the time. $8.00 a Vet.

I attempted to obtain information on all individuals going through Sunshine Safety in the past year so I could compare who was targeted for the additional course. Sunshine Safety refused to release the information because it was an invasion of
privacy, even though the offence was posted in the News paper. I filed a dispute with Sunshine Safety, Daytona Va, Gainesville Va., Rep. Jean Clough, no response. I finally got a hold of the CEO and he said he did not deem it necessary to investigate. I spoke with other Veterans and they to were disgruntle about there treatment with Sunshine Safety. I refused to pay for the course until an investigation and Sunshine Safety froze my paperwork so I could not obtain my license. I refused to pay my bill with the Va until an investigation and they attached my income tax return. Attached is my dispute and correspondence.
