I had taken the Swift Transportation driving course. I have been driving for about five years when I learned that my CDL was not any good. I was forced to give back my CDL to the state it was issued from. This of course lead to my not having a job with my employer of more than three years. I was forced to take out loans and come with a sum of about 6,000 dollars, in order to regain my CDL, I would like to be compensated for lost wages and monies spent to get my CDL back.

Good Luck---your not getting a dime back. My only concern is why you would pay $6000.00 to obtain a CDL? Most states have private LICENSED schools you can attend and get your CDL for $1500.00 like I did. Swift is the worst trucking company to work for besides England, I have worked for both of them. If you want to drive 2800 miles a week solo you will make about $280.00 a week after taxes, medical insurance and every other thing they feel like charging you for. Find a new job and dont work for these crooks!!!

Try to get in touch with the following people. They had a class action suit pending last year but I do not know the current status of the action.

These big companies have gotten big because they screw people to get there... Never take a driving school from big companies or driving school...Rather if you can find a friend or somebody who has many years of driving under their belt... You will find it to be cheaper and you will get alot more useful information on how truck should be driven
