NOTE: To the person(s) or company who posted this statement: Our intentions are to file a Subpoena with the Arizona court of law to compel "Rip Off Report" to disclose your full identity to us and our lawyers, so we may file a lawsuit against you for slander in order to repair any damage done to the reputation of this company, and to recover monetary damages due to any lost business resulting from this false statement.

You are not anonymous! You should have read this website more thoroughly prior to filing this false statement. Slander is a serious crime and we intend to pursue justice to the full extent of the law.

To any businesses or persons who have been persuaded in the least bit to conduct business elsewhere as a result of reading this report; I encourage you to please e-mail us and report the total amount of the contract or award which was denied. As many of our contracts are in the tens of thousands of dollars, your assistance in this matter will assist us greatly in recovering the full value of all payments lost.

The Bosn's Locker is owned and operated by a highly decorated service-connected disabled veteran with almost 30 years of honorable service to his country. As a retired U.S. Naval Officer and veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and many other campaigns, I take this slanderous statement seriously and consider it a slap in the face to all hard-working American service men and women and to our military forces who serve their country with honor and distinction.

FALSE STATEMENT #1 - The Bosn's Locker does not now and has NEVER had an employee by this name. You may check with the California State Franchise Board and the City of Imperial Beach to verify this fact.

FALSE STATEMENT #2 - No employee of the Bosn's Locker deals drugs or partakes in any drug use or abuse and would definitely not encourage others to start. No employee of The Bosn’s Locker has ever been suspected, charged with, or convicted of drug use, drug possession, or any other drug connected crime - whether felony or misdemeanor. We are 100% drug free and anti-drug.  Any employee of this company will gladly consent to a urinalysis test at any time.

TO THE PERSON(S) OR COMPANY WHO POSTED THIS STATEMENT: You will be given ten days from today's date to file an apology on this website and retract everything said. You must also state that everything you said in regards to The Bosn's Locker was completely false and that you made an error connecting this company and any of its employees with the person named in your complaint.

After ten days, if this has not been done, The Bosn's Locker and our legal representatives will proceed with a request for subpoena of your identity, and file a lawsuit to recover damages in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Once a subpoena and lawsuit have been filed, it will be posted on this website.

Since this person failed to respond after ten days, a lawsuit will be filed through the Maricopa County Court System to subpoena Rip Off Report to divulge the name of the perpetrator who posted these slanderous statements. Once known, a lawsuit will be filed. We will keep you posted of the results.

If your subpeona is successful, ROR will likely provide the email address of the user and the IP address from the server logs.  You will then have to subpeona records from the Internet Service Provider to determine the name of the internet account that posted the false report.  Even this information does not guarantee that the perpetrator of this report will be identified.
