This Guy , Joe   is the owner of a populuar Marijuana Collective in San Pedro Califorina .
About a year ago he was doing very well , from his collective . And was about to open another one in sunset beach califorina , he had four other inverstors for the new store ,

So he approched Me one day , ask me if i wanted to buy the collective in san pedro , his new one is really big . I told him (ya Ya ) i want it . So after about a week , i get a call from joe  asking me if 80-100 thousand dollars was affordable for his store in san pedro , told him no problem . Give me a couple of days. A couple of days goe's by and he calls again, lets meet , Ok ,
He talks me into give him 30,000.00 for a down payment in good faith , and he'll get the paper work drawn up . ok . 

well after a couple of weeks go by , no word from joe and the store has no nolage of the transaction. call joe he says dont worry , its all good,
To make a long story short , his other store fell through , and he wont sale me the san pedro store no more , and he doe's not have my money to give back .

so i sue him , another 3500 dollars for a civil case . #11n00294 san pedro and won now what !!!!
