This individual is mentally unstable, takes medication for psychotic tendencies. He also is involved in a scam involving buying books online from other places, companies, and then returning them to Barnes and noble book stores across the state for cash with doctored receipts that make it look as if purchased from Barnes and noble. I know these things because Ryan Gartland personally told me about this, and I initially found out through Jason Burton also of Rockford MI, whom ryan was using as his shipping address for all these books in an effort to mask his self from any wrong doing. Jason is a friend of mine and I intervened and told Jason not to let Ryan use him anymore for his scams.
Ryan then became very angry, and targeted me with some sort of vengence. He made a report on me on this website that is completely slanderous. He used the name Yuri from Illinois. Yuri is his Russian friend that used to be his roomate in Lansing last year. Ryan also came to my parents home and told me to my face that he would burn my parents house down with all of us in it. He also pulled a credit report of mine, and then got a hold of my drivers license number and social security number, then messaged me on yahoo telling me that he would do anything and will use the information to have me sent to prison.
He also sells his prescription drugs, ie Adderrall to any willing individual that will buy them from him. He has also sold Vyvance as well to people.
He has also used my name and personal information to sign me up for numerous accounts and scams in an effort to harm me. I have a very thick file with all the online chats, recorded phone calls, and other info of his threats and his fraud against me.
If you come into contact with this person I highly advise turning the other way. Now Ryan, I did not want anything to do with you, when you were doing all your illegal activities, I turned the other way and stayed away from you, but you keep driving your lies and psycho ideas on how to hurt me and I have had it. im done.

If what you say is true, you need to contact the police or you could be charged as an accessory after the fact since you knew about it and did not say anything. I would also notify Barnes and Noble.

I am writing to rebuttle this entry, which clamis that I am involved in retail fraud, the distribtuion of controlled subtances, stalking, involved in violent behavior and that I made a threat to burn down the trailer of the person who posted this claim, Christopher Steven Cole. This posting is an act of retaliation against me because I aided in the ongoing prosecution of Christopher Cole this passed summer. He makes against me and my friends claims that we himself is guilty of. I have never engaged in retail fraud, nor have I ever or will ever engage in the distribution of medication, nor stalk someone or threaten them. Christopher Cole did these very things against myself, my high school friend Jason Burton and my former roommate Yuri. The three of us were collectively victimized by Christopher Cole and his fraud company "Topher Media Auction House". He posted this claim against me to make my image look bad when doing a Google search under my name. He is angry that my friend Jason did a background search on him and found that he was wanted for bank fraud and that we provided his location and telephone number to the proper authorities. Again the above listed claim against me is entirely false, and the only thing that I can do to rebuttle this lie is to post this claim againt him. I am not the felon here, he is.

The content listed in this report is an amazing fabrication of wild lies, attempt at revenge and a collection of accusations on behavior that is actually reflective of the very person making the accusations, Chris Cole. Ryan and I have not been involved in any of this behavior, and actually it is Chris who steals and sells peoples medications, attempts to steals people's cars, engages in retail fraud at Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, Macy's and Walmart (he tries). This is the most ridiculous creation of lies by Chris Cole and is so outrageous that it is almost laughable. I know Ryan Gartland and know him to have never got involved in anything like the things listed here, and I too have never been involved in any of the sort. We only know Chris Cole because he defrauded me out of thousands of dollars that was suppose to be the money for a start up business, and Ryan was working for me at the time. Ryan and I took action against Chris and this is why he is posting these ridiculous accusations against us.

The last message posted as a rebuttal was not made by Jason Burton; but was made most likely by Ryan Gartland or another associate attempting to use my name. I have nothing to do with dealings related to Ryan Gartland or Chris Cole. -
If anyone decides to post another message or rebuttal "as me" obviously is looking for someone to notice or for me to respond further. I will not as I am not involved with any of this.

This posting has been going on for a year now, and was originally posted by convicted felon by the name of Christopher Cole of Muskegon, Michigan. Ryan provided evidence against Chris and now Chris has been terrorizing Ryan by posting bogus claims about Ryan being a drug dealer, a criminal with intent for fraud, and all the other nonsense listed in the original "report". I know Ryan hasn't been involved in any of this and I remember hearing about the scams that Chris was involved in. And there is a post by "anonymous" claiming to be Jason Burton, who was not involved in any of Chris's scams and was also victimized by Chris Cole. That was posted by Chris. This entire report and claim-counterclaim is nothing but a bunch of garbage and Chris trying to get revenge on Ryan for hindering his fraud. Chris is just deflecting the fraud and criminal activity at Ryan trying to make him look like the criminal. I know Ryan personally and he is everything that has been said. He not only steals from companies, but from individuals as well. He also stole and conned everything from an old man in Oklahoma City, spent every dime he has, bought a new truck in the old mans name and spend over $29,000.00 of his money at the casino. Now the poor man is homeless. Ryan J Gartland (Renegade) as he is known on the radio is a worthless piece of human life and needs to at least be put in prison. Anyone who says anything different is either lying for him or has no clue.
