This report is not coming from a trusted source.  The poster here has only ever bought from one shop in a local store and thinks he is an expert.  TopK2.com's suppliers have been using the same authentic recipe for many years. Yes, you are a competitor with your fake network of "verified" K2 sites. You have already been exposed in other posts on this site. You used the same names - Rob and Jane - to libel your competitors on this site that you used on Yahoo Answers to spam your K2 websites and promote your bullshit about "counterfeit" K2.

You are not fooling anyone and I hope the owner of topk2.com uses the information available about you on this site (search reports for K2) to take legal action against you for libeling him and his company. No one believes you Alex. Give it up already.

You said topk2.com sold the K2 that caused David Rozga to kill himself. Outright lie. The K2 was bought from a store called Shag in the Southridge Mall in Indianola, Iowa. Was that also you who called David Rozga a "psycho" on Yahoo Answers? Well, I just dropped a line to Mike Rozga (David's father) to let him know that a target of his anti K2 crusade should be KTW Enterprises LTD. You shouldn't care if you're not Alex, right?

Also, try reading some of the posts on this site. I am not a business owner. I have always posted under only this name (it's not "Kandy"; learn to read moron) and have only exposed one person - Alexandre Dimov and all his scam businesses.

That being said, Sebastian asked before how to take Alex down. I wasn't very specific, so allow me to go into more detail.

A lot of the controversy over who has the right to market K2 seems to center around who sold it first and KTW Enterprises, LTD is claiming they sold it first. I call bullshit. Let me direct your attention to this web page:

On the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division site, a search of KTW Enterprises, LTD reveals that Articles of Incorporation were filed on 2/2/10. The registry number is 662143-97.

So this company has only been in existence since 2/2/10 and claimed on their trademark application (remember, the trademark is in the name of KTW Enterprises, LTD) that they have been selling K2 incense since 3/27/09. Smells like fraud to me.

Also, the trademark is for K2 in the category "incense". There is nothing to stop anyone for filing for a similar, although slightly different, trademark, i.e. "K2 herbal incense", etc.

K2 is rapidly becoming outlawed across the U.S. Eventually, the name will become a burden to anyone's business rather than an asset anyway. With the tragic death of David Rozga of Iowa, a campaign to ban K2 (similar to the campaign to ban salvia after the suicide of Brett Chidester) will sweep across the country. Actually, it began months ago and is picking up speed.

Keeping that in mind, those who would like to report Alex and KTW Enterprises, LTD, should do so to the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services. Their e-mail is: dcbs.info@state.or.us. Tell them that Alex has set up shop in their backyard dealing a deadly and controversial substance known as K2 incense. It is a hot topic with legislators everywhere. A recent news story about the growing popularity of K2 in Oregon may well have some lawmakers looking to nip it in the bud before it becomes a major problem for them. The DCBS can dissolve the corporation if it finds the corporation is engaged in illegal or questionable activities. If the corporation is dissolved and the trademark was granted to that corporation, it is invalid.

With as many people as Alex has pissed off with his lies and false accusations, it is kind of amazing that someone hasn't rented a botnet and launched a DDOS attack against his sites. Who knows? Maybe someone already has. Maybe they will. Stay tuned.

I have been buying from TopK2 for about 2 years now. I have 4 stores and TopK2 is the only place i have seen with AUTHENTIC K2.

I go through tons and tons of distributors every week and have only seen TopK2 to have the REAL K2. they have also never given me any issues, ripped me off, or anything of that sort!

This shouldn't even be on here as they are NOT a scam. I came across this "report" as i googled TopK2 to get back on they're website.. I seen this and HAD to give my opinion because it was really ridiculous reading that they are fraudulent or a scam.

TopK2 is the ONLY one i have seen that is NOT a scam.

I truly support freedom of speech and opinion. However, the vitriole here from angry consumers is disturbing. TopK2 was the best of its kind, in my opinion. When I (only once in multiple orders) had an issue, I simply picked up the phone, dialed their number and spoke with the owner to resolve.

Not as much fun as trashing someone's business, is it?
