As you will note, 2 emails have been noted in this report. Thanks to an update on another's report, I have done research.

eBay seller sarmury is Sarah Campbell aka S DeVore and at the address I have noted already. This googles to a pretty new and very nice housing development, not a manufacturing plant or distribution warehouse....

This business falls under a couple names that I have noted in the title. It seems that a Garrett DeVore is the owner or at least a principal in these companies. These companies sell beauty products, diet aids, supplements, skin care....with a prompt guarteed refund on the diet product that are noted as issued Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The number for the company noted above appears on the PayPal receipt but the number eBay has is 801-228-1048 and has verified all contact info as being correct.

I have a delivery receipt and it was received at the 2615 S Circle address on 1/7/2009. I have emailed the customer at her eBay address, business address, and left a voice mail. Since December 25,2007 I have tried to contact her 10 times since 12/25/2008, one contact was a phone call.

I rated the product on eBay with a neutral response as it didn't work for me. The comment was not negative. The seller contacted me through eBay asking me to mutually agree to remove it and make it positive. She ended her email saying, "I hope you at least got a quick refund".I declined politely stating it was the product I was rating and I had not said anything negative about her.

That was the last I heard from her.

See report 255777 to get more info that I verifed as well. There are other contacts listed and I am going to send another email with all addresses on it to see what response I get. I will also call today. I will update with anything different. Right now, I have a dispute going on with the bank who holds the credit card. It was the only options left. The time limit for disputes with ebay and PayPal passed the deadline.
